I started going here when they first opened in Raytown. The last few times that I’ve tried to support Raytown, the store was either closed to online orders only, or they did not have what I wanted. I find it difficult to believe that they do not have white rice when that’s what I’ve ordered for at least 9 years now. Management is rude about it each time too. It’s just sad for the community! I’ll be heading elsewhere for now on. Update: I went right down the road to the Chipotle on Sterling, they were fully staffed, short line, multiple people kindly asked me how they could help, & guess what…of course they had plain white rice.

Tried to get food before they closed at 10:30 pm, walked in at 10:05 and was told that we they were only doing online orders only. We rushed to do that (knowing ordering online usually has a time limit when a restaurant is about to close) but we tried three times and the order wouldn’t go through. We tried to walk in and tell them it wouldn’t take the order online around 10:15 and they claimed that they stopped taking online orders at 10:07… (why wouldn’t you tell us that when we first walked in) and they wouldn’t service us.

They are almost always out of peppers, when we get there! My bf gets sooo mad!!
This has to be the sorriest location in the KC metro. Always short staffed, always running out of food items. Even the corn is ice cold. I don't even know why I bother to give this place a 2nd chance. At least the music selection is good.

Asked for a double meat they only tired giving a half a scoop then got an attitude. Cashier tired to refuse to give me a receipt then gave me someone else’s receipt got a attitude because I wanted mine

This is one of my favorite locations. My only knock is that everyone or two something will be incorrect with my order. Other than that, can't complain at all.
Awful service. Ordered online and waited extra time which I don't mind. Except one of the employees shouted at his coworkers to stop working on the online orders and focus on only the people on line. Rude, unprofessional, don't go here. They also didn't have chips that I already paid for online and I had to call the corporate number to get my money back. The young man who I believe to be the manager is very rude.Also, it defeats the purpose of having an online order if you have to wait after everyone in line is served.Edit: I waited over half an hour for an online order while a dozen or more people went through the line and got their food.

Almost every time we get food delivered from this location there's either entire meals that are missing or the stuff the we do get is usually wrong, and please don't try to call them to sort anything out. You get directed to automated system that you have to ask to get transferred to their corporate help line, then you can ask to get transferred to the actual store, but they turn their phones off so no one can contact them.
