I normally don't leave reviews but this is probably the worst chipotle experience for me ever. Ordered via the app, one burrito and one bowl. Everything was entirely wrong and what was in there seemed to be half portions. 1/2 chicken and 1/2 steak for my bowl included about 5 pieces of steak and no chicken, no fajita veggies even though they were ordered, etc. My wife's bowl didn't have any queso or guac even though it was ordered and paired for. Her burrito had beans when no beans were ordered.. I even doubled checked when I got home that I picked up the right bag which it was the bag with my name on it. If I could give zero stars I would.

I got my bowl with the beef, and it was totally inedible. The fat far outweighed the meat in each piece. My son got the same thing and his was the same. Maybe it was someone new cutting up the beef, but I wouldn't have thrown this much fat to my dogs let alone serve it to a human. Just gross!

Terrible location, no wonder I haven't been to it for years.Long line, took about 15 mins to order. Then we had to wait an extended amount of time for more melted cheese. Cost me $60 to feed 4. Bought drinks, and of course no lemonade and NO ICE. Told a worker and they said "oh ok" and that was it.Trust the reviews. It's 3/5 for a reason.

I eat here all time. I will remind my self not to come at 7:30 on a Friday. Only at lunchtime when they can handle the rush. Ice everywhere out of soda. Poor excuse saying we are out of soda and the place is wreck, because it a Friday.The first girl doing the rice and beans was super sweet and nice.

This location gives away doordash orders to the incorrect person on a usual basis. Happened again today. Said they will make it again right away. Sat there as they made numerous orders before starting to make the order. We Dashers are here to make money. When you have us sit and wait and treat us like we are not a priority, it cuts into our income. Highly rude.

I left one star on each because unfortunately it’s what I feel was deserved it’s 3/10/24 I’m eating my bowl at 6:07 and the staff was slow and had no sense of urgency the rice had no lime or salt into i know because I only got rice and beans and am glad I didn’t spend more than $2

The restaurant is always soooo dirty when I go... Went to the liberty location.they seem to be really phoning it in every aspect. No warm greetings when in line. Trash cans overflowing with trash. Speciality lemonades out completely,that the holder was bone dry, soda machine out of CO2 and syrup. Tables needed to be bussed and wiped down. These employees should really care about their place of employment by taking some pride. And oh by the way the patio door needs to be unlocked so you can come back into the restaurant from the patio to refill your drink...etc.
Stop accepting to go orders if you are constantly unable to complete them.

Just not worth it and no wonder it was not busy. Ordered online 4 bowls all with double meat (which is an extra $6, bowls become $18+ each). The bowls were all rice. 2 bowls actually had both meats ordered but was so little it would not be considered double meat by anyone. The other 2 bowls, which were each also supposed to come with 2 kinds of meats, only came with a small amount of 1 meat. HUGE disappointment and we live about 40 minutes away. Will not be back.

There is something for almost all tastes. I like the ability to have a different burrito, bowl each time. Guacamole& sourcream could be thicker. Little runny. Barbacoa...spelling wrong ,is delicious. You never leave hungery.Vegetarian options: Any dish can be just veggies if you wantDietary restrictions: You can do a bowl. No tortilla for keto meals.

I like Chipotle. Just not this one, which happens to be my hometown store. It gets completely overwhelmed. Drink station is always a mess, trash cans overflowing, DoorDash drivers lined up blocking the exit once you get your food, parking lot is pure chaos, workers can’t keep up with the volume. They desperately need to build another store in Liberty because this one can’t keep up.
