Ordered through UberEats from this location. TERRIBLE. Ordered 2 bowls with chicken, a large side of guac/chips. There was barely a tablespoon of chicken in both bowls, one was more salsas than other toppings, rice or meat that it was like eating a soup bowl of salsa with a handful of toppings on it.Chips were barely a regular sized bag of chips and the large guac container was half empty. So I basically paid for large size chips and guac but got regular sized. I cannot trust Chipotle for any online orders.On top of that, the food was cold! The UberEats delivery guy picked up and came straight to my apartment within 15 min of ordering. No other stops before my order. Ridiculous Chipotle and they charge so much.

Pleasant service in person. Food was good. They don't beg for a tip, which is a new plus going anywhere! When I ordered Door dash, however, they kinda skimp on the ingredients in my burrito bowl. I guess cause I'm not standing right there when they make it. Not sure if that is policy for delivery orders, but it was obvious. Portion control can be taught to most cooks. And when people ask for cheese, they want more than you garnish with. It's not even proportionate with the other ingredients. In closing, I'll probably go back. But I'll go in person. I don't trust their "delivery pinch".

Very rude. I came in at 10, no one spoke to me. Just stood there and bagged the online orders, no be there with you soon or anything I left. Also their food is usually cold, which isn’t a big deal but f them, you might get salmonella.

Never, not ever have I been treated so well at a Chipotle. One young lady even brought out plain rice for me. That has not happened anywhere else. I will make the drive to spend my money here. Very impressive employees.

There was no meat prepared. The cooks rushed through and made burnt steak and dried out chicken. The beans were mushy and the young lady taking our order was rude and attempted to rush us through our order. All of this, to get back to the office and the sour cream was expired.

Great "tourist" location to grab this cult classic fav. The general manager of this particular location is one of the hardest working people I have ever met! The employees seem genuinely happy to be there which makes for a great experience. I love how it feels like a vintage 60"s food pit stop. Im not quite sure about the other locations making it their business to make sure one has a great dining experience but this particular location has fresh foods a clean soda station and a great city view ! Keep up the good work !Parking: Cool parking and lots of handicap spacesWheelchair accessibility: I think I seen a ramp not sure

My visit to Chipotle on 39th st. at lunchtime today was a refreshing throwback to the positive experiences we used to have—7+ years ago. From the cooks in the back, workers prepping online orders, and the burrito fillers taking your order, the staff was incredibly friendly and energetic. They all seemed happy and invested in their work, which made the atmosphere enjoyable. To top it off, the food was fantastic! Everything was stocked, clean, and tasted fresh and flavorful, a stark contrast to the recent string of disappointing meals we've had at other Chipotles across the country the past few years. This experience restored my hope that those "guaranteed great burrito extravaganzas" aren't only a thing of the past. Maybe, just maybe, Chipotle is on the way back!
Food is as usual good but the staff is a little slow. Atmosphere is also very dull.Vegetarian options: You chose sofritas in veg bowl instead of chicken which a healthy option
