Didn't have the dipping sauce for my tenders and didn't tell me till after I got my food and the only substitute they offered was honey mustard. I ordered the 3pc tenders meal. I had to ask for my cup after waiting almost 5mins. Half the potatoes were old the tenders weren't cooked all the way. Staff was rude and acted like they did nothing wrong making me and another woman wait 10 mins to get our food when they weren't busy at all
I usually go to this store but after tonight’s customer service I will never return to this store. Hope they don’t get business and they all be out of a job. I refuse to spend money somewhere I get horrible service. I guessing the owner doesn’t care for they allow it. The food isn’t fresh at all. They prepackage the coleslaw and mashed potatoes who knows how long it sits in there. They don’t have it marked or dated. Never again will I step into this establishment.

So I stop there on my lunch break yesterday, the drive through line was a little long so I went inside the restaurant, and as I walk up to the restaurant and I reached for the door handle it was so filthy and dirty, I didn’t want to open the door but I did anyways red flag ?Fast forward to later on that evening I got food poisoning that was the worst feeling in the world! You all need to take retake food handling classes every so I often, because I love churches chicken so much. But next time I’m going to pay attention to details, that says a lot about an establishment

I picked up two mixed piece combo's for our dinner one evening. I got home and was plating our chicken and didn't recognize the piece of chicken we been given. Upon further investigation realized it was a chicken back. A CHICKEN BACK. And to make matters worse, it had been coated at least twice before cooking it. So with the tiny bit a meat that is on a chicken back there was twice as much breading. Oh and the other piece of chicken we received was a tiny wing, and double breaded. It was disgusting. I paid @20 for two chicken backs and two wings that had enough breading to fry a whole chicken with. I will never go to this Churches again.

So the chicken was good! Juicy a little to crispy on the outside as in overdone. But good non the less. Best chicken we have had in awhile fr. The other food items were just ok. Food wasn't hot (as in temperature) enough. Service was fast. The parking lot was quite dirty. The workers were nice.
