They told me my order would take 30 minutes. That’s fine but it’s been a hour. I love eating at this place but these kids aren’t taking there job serious. After waiting a hour I was told another 10 minutes.

Horrible customer service !!! Never been to a restaurant were they try and lie about what you have ordered then refuse to give you the food you ordered or the reciept. Tried to tell us we already ate the food that's why it wasn't in the sack. If you don't like your job don't work there !!! Cussing and acting a fool over some food as an employee was crazy. Great food but wouldn't go back just because of the nasty females working there

5/24/2021 4pm. If I want attitude more than I want fish....i will stop here and place an order. They blame covid for having no spaghetti? SmhThey blame covid for having no macaroni.$6 for a cup of red beans and rice. Covid is to blame for no lemon cake..The order taker was so very rude it was ridiculous. I have a picky eater so I was trying to get some fish and spaghetti. Terrible experience but not the worst. That happened at Mad Jacks.

First time there, good food, could have had better customer service. Will not return do to rude woman taking our order. No sign on door requiring masks. She said she shouldn't even be taking our order. Drove over an hour to eat there.

The food is good and the wait is short.
I had what they said was a half pound of fish, but was a "baker's half pound!" Wish a side of greens and corn bread muffin, it was a great lunch.
Wonderful!! Great friendly staff! Lots to chose from on the menu, and my order didn't take long at all. Delicious!
