Food was awful, stale chips, cold pasta, overcooked boneless wings. Gross! Service was okay. Atmosphere is the only reason to go/play games.

Honestly disappointed with the overall experience. Went on a Wednesday around 4pm so it wasn't busy at all. Seemed like there were more employees than customers. My friend & I sat at the bar & I got a blackberry lemonade that was part of the $5 happy hour special. My friend got a mojito that barely had any mint & did not taste good. His was not on special & cost $10. We ordered fried Pickles & parm brussle sprouts. The Pickles were good but a very small serving size. The brussle sprouts were hard & crunchy so we asked if they could cook them more. They came back hotter but still crunchy. She was nice enough to take them off the ticket since we weren't satisfied. We were ready for another drink & to play games. I got a beer & my friend wanted a coors light. Unfortunately the keg blew so we had to sit there and wait for it to be changed before he got one. Another drink was never suggested so we just sat there waiting. I downloaded the new app on my phone & loaded a new game card. Of course that didn't work at the machines so we had to go to the front desk to have it all loaded on a card. I just felt like nothing went smoothly...& for the price we should've had a better experience. Don't know if I'll be returning.

me and dave had a fun time busting here when one of the women employees took us to the back and she wanted to try it out. dave got more fun for some reason i'm not really sure why. when the food was presented to us we got the biggest cake of our lives it wasn't really edible but it was drinkable. the smell was immaculate. especially when the air came out. we gave her an extra big tip.Kid-friendliness: it was so fun kids will love it. one of them busted at the sight.
