Went through drive thru when I got to the end and asked for some extra sugar I was asked if I wanted Splenda or equal and when I said regular sugar the girl rolled her eyes got attitude walked away from the window for a few mins and then came back to say theu were out. They also did not get my order right and the food did not taste good at all. I love Dunkin but this is 1 location I won't ever visit again. Horrible service and quality.

First off the drive through is in a weird location. When I pulled up to the line I missed the awkwardly located speaker. When I pulled up to the window to place my order. They took forever to come to the window. Then when girl came to the window. She said I was going to have to get back in line! After I had JUST WAITED IN LINE! She said yeah you have to order at the speaker…. I just waited in line…. She said and you have to order at the speaker. I just starred at her. Insert awkward silence…. Awful customer service all 3 times I’ve gone there the workers have been rude! I had one lady roll her eyes at me because I wanted whip cream on my coffee, then I had a kid tell me they where to busy to give me a cup of ice on the side and there was only 1 car behind me ? I’ll never go

Yeah it’s definitely a No w this one. For some reason the food is just terrible bread taste like rubber and the crust is so hard you couldn’t eat if you wanted to. Bagel was literally rubber. Just not worth it.Return visit: out of the bagel bites so got hash-browns instead Donuts were good definitely a lot of sugar.
I stopped coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts location for a while because they CONSTANTLY mess up my order. I decided to try again today and was quickly reminded why I stopped. Today when the woman handed me my drink I could tell by looking that it wasn’t right. I informed her it wasn’t what I ordered and she rudely grabbed it back, took it to the back, brushed the whip cream off the top, and handed me the same drink back. I didn’t have the time or patience to try again and this woman clearly wouldn’t have cared. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and cookie cold foam. Not at all what I got.

I order a coffee with espresso…. So they have a kiosk taking your orders witch is okay but they have 6 employees working and 3 were on there phones, because they weren’t paying attention they spilled my coffee! They made another one but my espresso shot sat there and I’m pretty sure I didn’t get my whole shot! It looked like l only got half of my shot, hope they don’t give it to the next customer that asks for espresso because it was already bitter when they added it my coffee… I get having a kiosk to keep up with the time but now no one is paying attention to the customers or the orders because they have all this time to be on their phones. Way to go Dunkin’! Oh and I’m assuming they don’t give receipts anymore because I didn’t get one, no one even asked if I wanted a receipt!Parking: There was parking probably because they are going down in there Quality!

The lady with the horrible drawn on eyebrows needs an attitude adjustment. I even have a drivers license showing my birthdate on it and she still wouldn’t give me my birthday drink. I ordered a few donuts and a drink for my son. So I clearly wasn’t there just for the free drink. After the lack of customer service I left the window and went to scooters down the road where I got my bday drink, food items and more drinks for the kids at home. The barista also got a fat tip for just being pleasant. You missed out on a sale because you’re guarding mediocre coffee like it a the bush’s baked beans secret recipe. If you can’t provide a decent experience at the window when you work in a coffee shop you should reconsider your job. Horrible customer service and horrible business decisions drive businesses in to the ground. I will never go to this location again.
