No signs posted, but was not allowed to sit in the store and I’m not sure if it was a man or a woman with green and yellow hair & a mustache… but learn how to talk to people. And in case someone hasn’t told you… there are only two genders! It’s a shame that screw balls like you and that crew of sheep get to ruin a persons first experience to one of your stores! Horrible. Service is not worth enduring for the food.

Very slow service during non-peak hours with a lot of employees. And they were completely out of iced tea.

Ordered a club on a sub with no tomatoes and no onion. My sandwich had only ham, lettuce, and tomato… on it. No sauce, no bacon, no cheese, no turkey. Waste of money and time. This is the worst location. Save yourself some trouble just go somewhere else.

Online orders are NEVER ready, even though they're supposed to be, AND I HAVE TO make the drinks like I work here, or something. I'M NOT responsible for the drinks from YOUR restaurant, Firehouse. I DELIVER orders, I DON'T make them. Fix it.

I ordered a side salad and a bowl of chili. I received the side salad and a bowl that was only half full of potato soup. I did not check order before leaving, and could not go back because I had arrived at

2/18/24Had lunch today. Busy. Only 2 people on the make line. Kinda slow. They took away the pepperoncini's.When you ask for extra pickles, you get 2 total. Iv always asked but never get more then 3 skinny spears.Food was fine. I enjoyed it.Got the New York steamer.Parking: It's in the middle of many business's, sometimes it's a walk to the door.

Their staff was attentive to the needs of the customers and answered questions without comment. They were observed providing excellent service to a person in a wheelchair. Their service was so good that I would encourage others in wheelchairs to use their restaurant. Excellent customer service. I will visit again when I am hungry for a great sub.Parking: Parking is available with handicap vehicles as well as regular parking some of the parking is in front of the store. Additional parking is available in the lot from a relatively short walk.Kid-friendliness: There paintings on the wall are high enough every one can see it. The kids menu I wish was lower so that kids and adults could see the offerings rather than all the way back to the wall behind the counter. They do have a menu that is kid friendly that they can customize and can even put items on the side.Wheelchair accessibility: The bathrooms are handicap accessible and there are railings look to be secured to the wall. I observed that it seems that the whole store is handicap accessible and I most definitely would visit the restaurant if I had need of an accessible restaurant. It is refreshing because many restaurants in the area handicap accessible has closed.

This is the longest I’ve waited to get my sandwich. Very bad employees with no direction whatsoever. 30 minutes to get it, and only 5 customers in the store.

Had the pepperoni pizza sub ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The employees were friendly even though it's -21° outside. Food was hot and filling. Wish they had TVs to watch the football game while we waited.

While visiting this diner, you expect to see servers wearing firefighters' clothing. Not so, here. And yet the demeanor of the servers is appropriate. Notice that I gave all categories four stars!

I tried this location years ago and it was terrible. While on a work trip, I was talked into trying a location in St Louis and was impressed, so I gave this location another shot, and it was still terrible. And with it costing $14 for a sub, that's too much for bland food.
