I went here not too long ago. I’m just now going back to review this place because it’s still on my mind. I ordered a double cheese.The burger patties were nice. Edges weren’t super thin and I had burger juice flowing down my hand as I was eating. Whole thing was packed with flavor. It was astounding, not a topping I didn’t want was on there and nothing I asked for was left out. Fries were hot to the touch and seasoned well. It actually seemed like there was actual care in how it was made. It tasted great too which is always a plus.The people were kind and respectful. I didn’t get his name but he had jet black hair and he was kinda tall. Really chilled out guy. They asked me if I wanted sauce when I got my food and came around to check on me. Even took my tray when I was finished.Unironically, it was the best experience I’ve had with a fast food place in a while. I will definitely be going back here soon if I’m ever in the area.

I ordered the Double Jalepeno Burger ? ?.It was great, the steal burgers had lots of flavor, sultry melted pepper jack cheese, and a mild kick from the peppers, I also used the fry sauce for dipping.Customer service was quick,friendly, and professional. Great place for anyone wanting an American fast food experience. Bonus, they honor veterans.

Hot fudge Sundays were good. But sometimes they are out of hot fudge but they will use choc syrup.
I waited in one of the two drive through lanes while no one else was in the drive through. I got no response from anyone for several minutes. Eventually another customer pulled up to the 2nd lane and was immediately assisted. So I switched spots. I told them that the 1st lane didn’t work and they responded by saying it did work, they were just busy helping the other person (who arrived a minute after me) that didn’t make any sense. After telling me that, they proceeded to then help a new customer in the 1st lane, ignoring me. Needless to say, I was confused and annoyed.
The slowest Freddie's I've ever been to ? probably short staffed though.

Normally I have no issues with this Freddys. This time employees were messing around. Throwing bags at each other. Telling each other to shut up in front of customers. Got an attitude when I asked for a bag for my ice cream. Forgot spoons. I went directly to an oil change and I got my kid ice cream and now she can’t have it because we don’t have silverware and no access to our car in the shop. Thanks. Not impressed at all. So unprofessional in the way they behaved.
