I visited Fuddruckers recently and the burgers were absolutely amazing. The manager was the cook and he did a fantastic job. If you have a craving for a great burger, I totally recommend. However, if you go to Fuddruckers, patience is a virtue. A significant amount of time was spent waiting in a long line to order our food. Once our food was ordered, then the wait to have our food cooked. I spoke with the manager and I feel bad for him, they are extremely short on employees. This is why I gave only 3 stars because of the wait. If this review was just on the food, it would have been a 5.

Don't know how they accommodate the handicap with the rotational door, but glad they are letting patrons eat inside. They are a great place to have a burger/ shellfish allergy safe. Call before arriving to see if they are short on any of your favorite sides.Parking: Being on the outer edge of the Legends, parking may not be that close to the restaurant.

No fries, but charged extra for onion rings. No fountain drinks, and the canned soda they offered wasn’t cold. Not one employee offered an apology or a coupon for a return trip. I get that supplies may be difficult to obtain right now, but staff trained to try to mitigate lack of everyday items like French fries would be an improvement.

Great build your own burgers, cooked the way you want. Plenty of toppings...hardly any condiments, NO ketchup, asked but never got it. Dirty floors, unbussed tables, dirty stacked on top of dirty dishes, spilled food all over the floor and even glanced at by the staff. Condiments spilled all over the counters, not cleaned, sticky, no clean places to put down your "tray" to TRY and get Ketchup from squeeze bottles. Spilled tray food all over the floor, just looked dirty so the food just kinda fit right in. For the money...It's NOT WORTH IT!! Will, maybe try again but way, way, way in the future. If the atmosphere is the same at that time we'll just turn around and walk out!

Got in the store and there was a line to order. We get to the cashier and she gives us a long list of items that they are out of. We ordered what we could, food took a long time to come out but was cooked great and tasty. The pop machine was out of most of the variety of pop, the topping bar was out of several items. The few staff that we did come into contact with were very nice. The place was dirty as the "bus person" was very slow to clean tables.

This is the crappiest, crap-hole restaurant on earth. The burger is completely bland. You pay gourmet prices for food that tastes worse than McDonalds and have to basically serve yourself after waiting on the kitchen to toss the crap at you through the window. The floors are sticky, the bathrooms are sticky, dirty and lack maintenance. We had to wade through a growing puddle of filth to get to the suicide drink machine wear flavors come from one hole and one machine is basically broke down only serving a handful of flavors. Staff is nonexistent. There is literally no redeeming value to this restaurant that I can find. Complete waste of money, time and since we couldn't finish the crap food will now have to go pay for another one somewhere else.

Wanted a quick bite to eat. The atmosphere is very grease like. The menu is simple and easy to read. The customer service can improve 100% despite the place being BUSY. The restaurant needs to improve cleaning practices. The kitchen staff is AWESOME despite all customer requests. I had a 1/3 cheeseburger which was cooked perfectly, wedge fries and a chocolate shake. They had a station with fresh tomatoes onions lettuce and all different kinds of things to dress up your burger. The wedge fries was cooked to perfection and the shake was delicious. I have to say it was one of my favorite burgers n fries I have had in a very long time. I will be going back!
