We went to this restaurant with a group of five, I went and hungry and ready to enjoy their food and pancakes. We place a kid's order with the side of pancakes and adult crispy fish platters which should come with 3 pieces of fish and instead of French fries on the side, we requested Green Beans with 2 orders of their specialty pancakes. One.Blueberry and strawberry cheesecake with with one of the crispy fish platters having a senior citizen discount. The food took a while to come out, when it did they did not have the 2 side pancakes for child, server ordered 1 shrimp and fries, instead of 2 fish platters and server switched the fish platter to the 55 plus which only gave the senior in our group 2 pieces of fish when they requested 3 pieces of fish without informing us that she would be losing the 3rd piece of fish she requested. The server went back to get one more piece of fish, which I specifically told him I'm missing my 3 piece fish platter. He kept pointing at the fish on the table which he was not understanding. I ordered 2 fish platters and not one. He ordered shrimp instead. It took a long time for him to come back and my pancakes got cold. Because I was wanting strawberry syrup. So I sent those back. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant.It was a lot of confusion. And they switched her senior discount to 2 pieces of fish without informing us that the 55 plus was 2 pieces of fish instead of 3, we should have been informed of that before they made the switch. I did not notice any of this until the manager brought me the ticket and then I saw where the server had messed up. very disappointed with my experience, and lack of communication and knowledge very disappointment.And l still left hungry. Manager finally gave me my fish platter and I had to take it as a to go order

Nova Hoshiko (Blurry)

Amazing. The food was delicious and the staff was kind. A little hiccup in receiving a drink, but other than that, it was the best place to enjoy breakfast after a concert the previous night.

Visited with two tired, rowdy kids and one worn out grandparent. The service was a little slow and the food was just ok. But there was no judgement on the rowdy kids and that was appreciated.Kid-friendliness: We brought two children under 10 and received nothing but support.

Hire more staff. There were only a couple people working and seemed like no hostess. I feel bad for the servers because they seemed swamped. Our food was good but it took a while due to them being understaffed. Also a crazy lady walked in and started using the hostess phone…many people left after not being seated within like 20 minutes. Management could do better!

No one seemed like they wanted to be at work today. Several tables didn't get all of what they ordered because it wasn't available. However, we weren't notified until our table got their correct food (mostly correct.)Our waiter didn't check on us or offer refills. I waited with my credit card in my hand for quite a while before standing up and he finally offered to take the payment.Employees acted like they were trying to avoid customers, especially taking to go orders. The host/manager? Was busy out of sight dealing with a complaint about a different server. Yikes. This is my second or third unfortunate trip to this location.
