AMAZING FOOD! I got the blackened chicken Alfredo and my hubby got the blackened catfish. Delicious! Got the stuffed and regular beignet.. so yummy and worth every penny
Nicole our server don’t know if she was new or not but I have always frequented this particular location and have never had an issue with service. It wasn’t at its peak. Waited 10 minutes after getting sat to even be greeted, someone brought out bread before we even got greeted by our server Nicole. We walked in there and was sat down by 6:05 imagine not gettin your drinks until 6:20. I asked her for a shot guess what I had to walk up to the bar myself and get my own shot. She had no enthusiasm didn’t check on us really. The manager on duty had to refill my Pepsi, I had to ask for a to go cup and bag for the food I honestly had to take home bcus her service prompted me to leave. The girl that delivered our food loved her service, her not being our server was telling me of specials that run on Tuesday bcus I had ordered the Chicken A Le Mer. I have been in the industry since I was 21 and I’m 37. We were her only table since the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Everytime I looked up she was in the server well where the fountain drinks are. She never acknowledged that she forgot to the shot, I really don’t ever write bad reviews but yesterday prompted that she needs to be held accountable. I wasnt pleased with the service’s provided yesterday. She wasn’t running food, just standing there. This was the first time I have ever had bad service. I don’t even she was the next server to be cut bcus of being slow service, but she definitely acted as if she didn’t want to be there or serve
First time there, won’t go back. We have been wanting to try this place for a while and we were disappointed. Waitress nice but never saw her, drinks sat empty and plates were small for price. We were sat right by the hostess and the conversations by the three boys were inappropriate and distracting. Restaurant was dirty. Our waitress at the end asked us to mention her by name because they had a competition going on and we had to ask her name because she never told us.
