I went to visit this establishment on 4/6 it was raining ridiculously, and there was no-one in line when I arrived , I ordered two sandwiches one regular and one giant the regular sandwich was full of onions, when I specified no onions the giant sandwich had tons of mayo and was not cut in half so when we went to cut it , there was so much mayo the meat just slid out of the sandwich and unto the floor , it was ridiculous the service was poor , the poor girl appeared to be having an anxiety attack , she was definitely not in the mood to be there it showed what a wasted 40$

Made a scheduled delivery on the JJ app at 8am this morning to be delivered at 12pm ( for lunch) they didn’t leave the store until 12:12, I was standing outside for 30 minutes. My lunch was over at this point. I called and told them to keep it. This place sucks, the workers are useless and should be fired. All you’re doing is making sandwiches and delivering them. It’s not rocket science.

Pretty standard, chain sandwich shop. Haven't had any bad experiences with this location. Service is quick and the prices are reasonable. Definitely not the best spot to get a sandwich around kc, but good for a quick, and affordable lunch nonetheless.

I was halfway through my sandwich. I took a bite, started to chew and I felt something hard hit my tooth. I immediately spit my food out and found a screw on my plate. A screw. There was a screw in my sandwich. I’m shook. I called the store. She was very apologetic and tried making it right by giving me credit and that I appreciated. But the point being. How did a screw end up in the middle of my sandwich? What if I had swallowed the screw. This is so scary!

I ordered the Gargantua sandwich and everything was fine except for the bread. I called the restaurant to let them know that everything was okay but the Bread was stale and she immediately started to tell me how fresh the bread was. Okay so this is where I ended the call and I decided to leave a review instead. Instead of giving the customer excuses, why not just give the customer a solution? Hopefully this location (3900 Broadway Kansas City, Mo) will do better in the future.

I give the food 3 stars because their chips and bread is a bit hard all of it and I don't really care for cold meat...I'm not a wolf...I prefer cooked and heated Meats ... that's why I Prefer Subway. It's just too far from my home. I have to go home and separate the Sandwich and put the meats in the microwave to warm them up. And then reassemble the Sandwich. They could at least give the option a warmed and toasted bread and meat... NS Ic. The bread is extremely hard, and so are all they're chips. The service is acceptable, but the atmosphere sucks.There is no atmosphere.
