They were beyond freaky fast! I barely had time to sit down before my sandwich was ready! Everyone was super nice. It was okay. I mobile ordered and went to pick up in drive thru, but it took way longer than expected. For someone that offers freaky fast, it was disappointing. And they weren't even friendly or welcoming at the window after a long wait. The sandwich was alright though, bread didn't taste very fresh. Hopefully it'll be better another time.

Do not order delivery here. Waited 40 minutes for a delivery only to call and find out that they don’t have a driver to delivery the order I paid and tipped for and were just not planning on delivering the order.

I ordered food online from JJs as they are offered on Postmates. The driver rang my doorbell and rudely told me they didn't have any night delivery drivers...like I was supposed to already know that, and I shouldn't have ordered online. He told me next time it wouldn't be delivered. Why do they offer delivery if they can't provide it and are rude to the customer. Unbelievable!!

This location is wonderful. They are pretty accurate with the orders. The inside is always clean and neat. The staff is really friendly too. I always appreciate a food place where the employees enjoy themselves and get the job done right- this is them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUISNESS.I ordered uber, they called to inform me they didn't have a delivery driver (on a Friday night) told me they marked it void in their system. They in fact did not and told uber it was delivered and charged me. This is a huge scummy tactic.

The worst types of sandwiches to ever get especially from today. Nothing is advertised. Got nothing more than just an ez silm tuna ez veggie avocado for no reason when it’s regular. The food doesn’t even look a lot. You just see just a bread and when lifting up you can finally see the food. Which is reason small portion again for no reason! I’m hella mad that I paid that much amount to get ripped off. I’m missing Mayo mustard packets too. Who the hell hire these type of peopleThis is online order at 6:33 pm 9/5/2023

This location is the modern world norm of mediocrity. How do they still mess up basic orders? Would a base level of customer service and personality be too tough? I can tell the staff person was annoyed when I pulled up and they had to put out the cigarette prematurely to go back inside to ... do their job. Why do you think two napkins is sufficient for an order that included four sub sandwiches?It is a matter of time before this place goes out of business.
