I placed an order on the app, for future time. Order not ready on time and it was a simple wrap and biscuit. The wrap was ice cold, the harder than a rock and not at all fresh. I literally fed it to our dog it was so hard and horrible. Why was a un-fresh order not ready on time? Then the associate was rude to my friend whos order the name was under and he mentioned both our names. Like we came to steal food WITH OUR NAME??? When he asked for honey she rudly replied with attitude it was in the bag. We couldn't tell as the bag was sealed. If you are going to be rude to people and provide horrible products... stay home and let someone who is polite have your job!
