The staff doesnt practice clean hygiene. No gloves were worn, took money, then made the drinks and scooped up Cole slaw...still no gloves. Staff was rude. Will never go to the zona rosa one again.

I would give this place negative stars. The food wasn't very good. What really makes me give it a low rating was the fact that it was filthy. Nothing was refilled. The ice machine has no ice, even though it was after 2pm. The cashier said it was the night shifts fault. By the time we left the ice machine wasn't filled and no one attempted to clean the lobby.

Decided to just pop in for a quick lunch while working. This place is really quick. I ordered and paid for my meal. Before I could get my credit card back in my wallet cashier was already hand me my food. So I kind of expected it to not be hot., thought maybe it was food that might have been sitting up for a while. It tasted nice and fresh. I was surprised. This just might be my regular Monday lunch spot.

I feel for the employees at this location. They are friendly and helpful despite the conditions they have to deal with. The drive thru speaker never works and has been broken for some time so they have no way of knowing when someone is at the speaker to order. You have to drive up the the window to order and pay. I hope the owner will put more care into their business. The food is fresh and hot. The employees are nice and attentive.

Food was greasy, the taste was indescribably bad. As Janet Jackson once said, Nasty food. We won't be back. This place is in dire need of an update, dirty & dated.

Very dirty and some of the staff was very unpleasant and irritated. The drive thru was out because their manager had broken the headsets at some point. The food was ok at best. Honestly I feel like this specific location is having major management issues and hope it gets better soon but I probably will not be returning anytime soon.

Food was ok. Big issue for all customers tonight...the sidewalks and parking lot suck, no salt or sand. 4 out of 6 customers complained and almost fell on the ice getting from car to door. The management sould be ashamed for such poor customer service. Lucky you didnt have a lawsuit for falls while I was there. Wont go again. Place was so filthy.

First the drive-thru doesn’t really work since the speaker is broken. They have a paper sign taped to it saying to pull up but we waited forever before the team noticed us sitting there. They didn’t have a menu available so we had to pretty much make up a combo since the lady didn’t have an idea and couldn’t see anything from the window. She had to write it down and go enter it on the registers for walk-in customers. After that it took them 10-15 minutes to get us our food. It’s was quite a ridiculous experience.

Food is ok for fast food category. But their root beer in a mug is simply delicious!
You will leave full with an average-priced meal. The orders are prepared as you asked for and the food is served hot. Fast service as well.
