The manager Eduardo has no business managing a McDonald’s. 7th street has progressively got worse in customer service and sitting people for 20 min at a drive thru wait spot. If I didn’t go in I would’ve been waiting outside indefinitely as he as a manager didn’t even know my order was never sent outside until I had to go in and inquire. My order was no one to be found. I want a refund for my mobile order since he could not do it. Oh and employees are in sweatpants and t shirts instead of uniform. Eduardo is a terrible manager and his staff is nothing to brag on either.

Horrible customer service. There were over 6 people waiting in line for over 10 min, and nobody came to the front register to take anyone's order. They have no order in that store. Most of us ended up leaving and didn't order.

This I very bad place to go to they treat people bad my aunt was on her way to her doctors appointment when to go get lunch but they closed the window on her just because she asked why they were taking others people orders first then hers got treat bad they don't care about there clients or customers services .
