This has to be the worst McDonald’s around. I live closer to this one but I drive over to Johnson Drive all the time because it’s so bad. The only reason I gave service three stars was because the lady was so apologetic about how terrible the place is.

Overall a pretty good franchise location. The service is quick and all the workers are helpful. There is a guy in there that always seems to be cleaning which is a plus. At times the place seems to be somewhat location where people just hangout who have no place else to go. From what I have seen, it just doesn't seem like everyone in there is a customer. Not complaining, just an observation.

Mostly don't ever have a problem with my orders and I always have to special order. They are usually quick to get the drive thru out. So if you see it backed up doesn't mean they are taking forever there's just a good flow right then.

They were so busy tonight I guess no one wanted to cook. I don't blame em. The drive thru hostess was courteous and kind even though inside she was pulling her hair out. Customer service in the food industry is no joke mane!!! The fries and cookies were fresh and hot!! My son appreciates that!!
Ordered a dbl quarter pounder meal was given the wrong w/ranch sauce paid extra for the burger and then called several times and no one picked up except to disconnect.

McDonald's is always too expensive for what you get. In a pinch you gotta to what you gotta do.had the unpleasant first encounter with the Automated service for taking orders in the drive through. I mean, how cheap can you get? Also, staff's personality at the window was dry. quite comparable to Squidward tentacles.
