I came to this location to pick up a Uber Eats order. Normally I am standing at a McDonald’s counter for at least 5 minutes before they even acknowledge me. The young lady at the front counter was very sweet. She asked me right away did I need help. It was so refreshing from the very rude customer service I normally get. They couldn’t find the order so the manager came to help and said they would make it for me. The only negative thing I can say is the young man who came to the front and basically just pulled down his mask to blurt out the address. He was talking so fast I’m like huh? I guess he was asking if I was at the right location. Now I don’t knock anyone for their sexual orientation but as soon as I said huh. He is folding his arms and I am ready for the head to start bopping and the hands to go up along with a head pat. It made me mad because it was very unprofessional. And I’m thinking little boy I can follow a gps I do this as my living. This generation thinks everyone is dumb but them. Thank god the young lady spoke up and it calmed me down. I wish I knew her name but give her a raise. ? and the manager was great also him too..

Normally I give a establishment a pass if I consumed something an I wake up a couple hours later with stomach pains an uncontrollable diarrhea.....The second time I experienced the same symptoms....but it only took an hour before I had to rush to the bathroom....well to wrap this up yall both experiences I consumed the 'FISH SANDWICH" I called the manager she gave me some bogus story about the food department had just gave them an evaluation an they passed....obviously they didn't eat the fish. Eat at your own risk yall....I'm done with McDonald's.Have a Blessed Day Everybody

First impression was Wow, this place is really clean. Not like other locations I have been to. Once at the counter the manager asked me if I had been helped, I replied no. He yelled to the back of the kitchen for a girl and reprimanded her for not being at the front counter. Loud enough the whole dining area could hear. You could obviously see how embarrassed this girl was and she kept apologizing to me. I told her not to worry I wasn't there waiting long. I placed my order and she went above and beyond with customer satisfaction. Meme is the name they call her, she was very sweet and helped satisfy a pregnant women's cravings. Thank you Meme you were absolutely sweet! To the manager that yelled at her unprofessionally, your staff is only as strong as its weakest link, and the way you handled that situation was very weak! Lead by example. I'm sure you started your career on the counter, remember people are human and no one is perfect, but we all deserve respect!

As a former Manager of a McDonald's you guys don't respect you guests you don't have customers skills for weeks now y'all haven't fixed the ink in printer when it's a simple fix. The GM the black lady is incompetent rude fights with customers about what they ordered on the app and tells customers they will pay extra for what they ordered. I want the franchise owner to contact me. Your employees are running this location into the ground. I will be taking this up to corporate.
