Day side usually is spot on. Overnight's not so much. You spend about $5 on fries and you get hard, cold, stale, over cooked etc. Have to tell them more than once only certain things on the sandwich and you still get all the junk on it. So if you are allergic to certain toppings and you request it not to be added, double check. Also double check the receipt because I found an extra sandwich on my receipt and went back the next day to get a refund cause it was like a $5 sandwich. There's also another night crew whom I absolutely hate being there over night because they shut the system down for hours so you have to wait in line if there is one just to find out they are cash only, just to go find an ATM to spend extra money just to be able to eat that night. People can't even survive check to check and they make it harder.

One of the worst McDonald’s in the city. I am doing Uber Eats and waiting hours to pick up a customers order is so frustrating. Why does it take this long? I just can’t imagine what they are doing in there? Why management allows this place to operate like this is beyond me.

The food was exactly what we have come to expect from McDonalds, decent quality fast food fare. We actually find the lattes that they serve at McDonalds above average quality, even rivaling some of the drive-thru coffee shops that are around these days. The service is what really stood out, though. We were there at 3am in the morning. Since they are one of the only 24-hour restaurants in the downtown KC area, there was a long line of cars there for a midnight snack. As we were waiting for our food after we had ordered, we remembered another item that we had forgotten to add to our ticket at first. When we got to the window, we asked the gentleman working there if it might be possible to add that to our order. He said no problem and took care of us in the midst of all of his chaos! Great service!!!

The daytime manager there is not a good person. My car broke down in their parking lot last night and I had to call a tow. While I was waiting for the tow, they went ahead and towed my car instead. When I tried to find out where to and the number of the tow service, she wouldn’t answer me and walked away. Luckily a customer was there and knew the tow company’s number. I understand it’s a high stress environment but that doesn’t mean you treat someone who is clearly in a tough situation like they aren’t a human being. Mc Donald’s…. You have to be more cautious who you promote into these positions.
