This location will charge you more for the premium items then give you less than the actual serving of that extra charged item. Tried to fix it with customer service online but the online response sucks too. They never have anything in stock at this location, so choosing things to eat is like, up charged item they will give you less of, and orange breaded chicken. Makes it hard for anyone with gluten issues to ever eat here.

Wow, my experiences here have always been great and fulfilling whether going to panda express in Kansas, Missouri, or Virginia. They never miss a beat. Dinner today was fulfilling and a wonderful pick up option!

I ordered a bowl this evening and asked for more chicken since the young female who served me (who's the MANAGER of the store!) gave me a meager amount of chicken and mainly gave me string beans. I brought it to her attention but she didn't pay attention to what I said. Everytime this manager does the servings, she's always been STINGY! And my family and I are loyal customers of this location! Not ordering there again if that manager is around! Their other staff is great though!

Please go to another location , I came to get a plate ( 2 entrees and one side ) I asked for orange chicken and beijing beef The girl only put orange plate as “two entrees” in the plate telling me orange chicken are two entrees and anything else will be separate entree I told her I wanted to get orange chicken and beijing beef but she kept saying the orange chicken are two plates only , I had to ask her to add Beijing beef with orange chicken so she got mad and did.She thought I was a non-English speaker ,She asked me what language did I speak since I couldn’t understand her , which I found as inappropriate and unprofessional from this place. I left the place and I will never come back again here. I’d rather drive 10 or 20 miles away to another location then ordering here.

Last visit was ok, noodles and rice didn't have much flavor very bland. Seems like the scoops of meat keep getting smaller. Mushrooms and zucchini always taste fresh with a somewhat crunch. Excellent Crab racoons!

My experience has always been positive here, tonight specifically they were packed full with people and also dealing with several online orders as well. Despite this they still seemed to be very composed and friendly when taking my order. Everything tasted great. Other times I have come in and the manager has recognized me and remembered my order. There have been occasions where I've had to wait for fresh chicken but it's never been a long wait and they have even offered me a drink for my time. Don't let some of the other reviews dissuade you from coming here

So for 27 dollars I'd say the chicken should be better sauced, the egg roll shouldn't have tasted like soap, and the crab Rangoon should have crab in it. I've given panda a few tries but at this point the convenience isn't worth the price when I could pay the same and get more from one of the local Chinese restaurants.

Asked for a sample of the new entrée and was told they don't offer samples. Order my two dinners and then was offered a sample. WTF!! That makes zero sense to me.

After i said for here i asked if she would put it in a to go container and instead of just dumping in like i asked she threw the entire contents of my plate away. Seemed to be a very inconvenient request.
