The food is very tasty and fresh. But unfortunately the staff does not understand English ? usually in panera there is always a quiet and calm atmosphere, but here the staff speaks Mexican very loudly.

Food took forever to make, I was given a lot smaller portion then what is usually in a bread bowl, i waited 10 minutes for them to give me the wrong sandwich. Tables were very dirty and just overall didn't enjoy my meal.

I came in today to get food and drinks, and it took 20 minutes to get to me… when literally ALL the workers were talking and not making any food just standing there… they handed me food and I told them I was missing a drink… and then they said go over to the other side to get my smoothie… and the lady supposedly forgot that she had made me my smoothie and left it on the counter for 25 minutes, all watered down, and said, “ oh it’s supposed to be like that”….. um NO it is not… because I go to Panera all the time to get smoothies or brunch, and they are never watery and straight liquid…and the lady would not make me a new one. I also ordered chips with the sandwhich I got and I did not get them. I get home and my bagel is literally so hard and could not even eat it because of how dry it was… also, on top of all of this… I was looking in the bakery section, and there are NATS and FLIES flying all over the food… disgusting and very disappointed in the service I recieved. I spent $33 on food I couldn’t even eat nor drink and I was treated horribly… the only thing that was fine was my fruit cup… but that’s not even a dinner that fills someone up. Absolutely disappointing.

The credit card ordering kiosks don't dispense receipts (which I think violate credit card rules) so, there is no way to dispute orders or missing orders. The ordering kiosks take a long time too. Very inefficient compared to real people.

I always love Panera! And this location is my favorite. Their food is the best. However I always have issues when ordering coffee. The most recent: I ordered a latte and when I got to work I noticed they only filled it half way… I got charged for a large coffee but they didn’t even fill the cup all the way
