My daughter had found a hair in her pizza. Called the store to inform them and the lady who answered the phone was so rude. Told me “ok?” as if it wasn’t a huge deal. My kids no longer wanted to eat the food (I couldn’t blame them) and for a mother with a disability this is a huge deal. The lady then abruptly handed the phone to another lady named Josie who then question me if I was lying about a hair. She told me I could bring in the pizza for a refund but I would have just been fine with an apology! Instead I was met with disrespect and ugly tones. I’ve never had an issue with this place before but the way it was handled certainly will make me question using this store again.

This place is bad the manager is rude I got a pizza from them last night and as me and my family was eating my 5yr old choke on a long piece of black hair that was hidden inside of the pizza the staff there don't even wear hair nets when the should I took the pizza back up there to show them and the ladies just didn't care so start checking you pizza for these people hair hidden inside of the crust not safe I well be turning this in the to better business burial this place needs to close its door before they really hurt someone

I ordered and paid online for 1 large pizza and a side of cinnamon monkey bread. My pick up time was 450pm. I arrived and the lady said they were waiting for my Monkey bread. I heard one lady tell a guy in the back to make some at about 510. Still didn't get my complete order until 530. A full 40 minutes after it was supposed to be done. They had three people working on pizzas and one guy working on everything else. Do not order sides from this place.

My wife attempted to phone in an order. Our family have tomatoes allergies, so we order Olive Oil and Garlic sauce. The male employee 1st acted like he did not know what she was talking about. He then told her that sauce was only put on certain specialty pizzas. I then said we order the olive oil and garlic sauce on our pizza all the time and we don't order the specialty pizzas. He then told my wife we could order the sauce on the pizza. He read off the order and stated olive oil and chopped garlic. She attempted to ask him about the chopped portion an hehung up on her, without obtaining her information and/or completing the order.He demonstrated a lack of patience and did not provide good customer service.

Tried to phone in an order. My Family is allergic to tomatoes. So I attempted to ask for Olive Oil and Garlic sauce. The man who answered first acted like he did not know what I was talking about. Then he said that sauce only goes on certain pizzas. My husband was in the back ground and heard the conversation. He told the man we order the sauce on pizzas all the time. He then said yes you can get the sauce on any pizza. He then talked about chopped Garlic and I attempted to clarify it. My husband then said it's probably just a difference in terminology. I was going to complete our order and the man hung up on me, without getting my name or phone number, (closing out the order).

There was no sauce on my Pizza. It had the pepperoni and mushrooms add cheese but no sauce so it's kind of bland. Ordered online should have checked it before I left the store.Parking: If the companies around there are not busy then you're okay. If companies are busy you might have to improvise
It really is unfortunate because my family and I just love Papa Murphy's, and the location I'm reviewing is the closest to where I live plus I think it's one of the oldest ones in the area. The food is always good that's never the problem the problem comes more with staff that makes you feel like your burdening them to make an order. I Unknowledgeable about the items they serve and sell! If you don't like working with the public then this is not the right place!

We tried to purchase 2 different orders and the cashier charged us extra each time, I event caught her adding extra and she apologized and changed it but there was still extra at least $8 outside of tax. We did not continue with our purchase.

I love the pizza, today was an exception. I called 2x , no answer. Machine said call back. 20 min later someone answered and took my order. I went to pick up and no one was there to pay, I kept yelling hello, and knocking on counter. I finally left!!

Let's see where do I begin? First off I ordered online ahead of me getting there to save on time. I was early so i went to target across the parking lot. Came across the street at the time it should have been done. Upon arriving there was one lady ahead of me whom they helped immediately. Me, not so much. I told the man my order and he told me they hadn't even started it yet. Which was irritating but not upsetting seeing how i chose to pay in store. I can understand them not wanting to waste product in case i didn't show. By this time the store is empty. I'm the only person there with two workers. My order wasn't complicated even for a child. Just two pizzas and a salad. I should've been out in 5-10 mins tops but no i was in there for 30-45 before my order was finished. It took so long i had to ask what was going on. The guy instructed me he needed to put toppings on my salad. Mind you I was the only customer in there for about 10-15 mins. Like seriously how long does it take to throw some toppings on a pizza and salad ESPECIALLY ONE YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO COOK!! The other pizza chains can why can't papa Murphy's? Included are pictures of my salad. They just threw the trash pieces in there smh. Do better!!
