The service I received was amazing. The young man at the window was friendly and gathered my take out order quickly. The problem was with the food. My pasta was as I expected, but the pizza sandwich thing, was burnt and uneatable. I've had bad experiences with food in the past from this location and when i complained I was met with a lot of negativity or no response at all. With their new building, I thought I'd give them aother try, but half of my order was terrible. I'm not going back.

There were two parts of my order. The pasta taste it amazing and was properly cooked. The meat, baked sandwich thing was overcooked to the point that it was almost impossible to eat. When I went to pick up my order, the young man at the window was fantastic. He was friendly. Good customer service. I just wish my food was as good as his service.

The drive thru just makes it 1000x better !! Always ordering online and when arriving they always have a positive attitude and I get my order in 5 min or even less but also depending traffic.
5 Stars for my pizza and the Wonderful, Professional, Efficient,Thoughtful manner in which the young black gentleman helped me with my purchase after the Rude, Unprofessional, Angry looking Old white lady had me waiting at the counter for several minutes while she counted the money in her cash drawer. Then when the young man presented me with my order, After checking my receipt to make sure payment had been finalized. The Old lady had the Audacity to ask him was my order paid for, as if HE didn't know how to do HIS job when Clearly SHE was the one who was not Doing HER job which is WHY HE had to Step in and help me after he noticed She had me standing at the counter watching her count the money for several minutes as she talked to herself.

I am very upset at the customer service/ delivery. I ordered a pizza around 7:00pm and delivery was suppose to be 25 mins. I called customer service @ 8:00pm trying to figure out where the pizza was. A rep from customer service said he does not know where the driver was and did not have an eta of arrival. I waited a bit more then we received a call who I think was the driver and said have you guys got your pizza? We told him no and he said if we wanted the pizza still it will be an additional 20 mins. This is unacceptable. Do better pizza hut. This is not the first time this has happened.

Unbelievably terrible. I've learned from past experience not to order delivery from this location (or at least not to expect the food I ordered to arrive). Now I find that even carry-out orders are beyond them.If you're in the mood to get half of what you ordered, wait patiently while they fix the rest of your food (as your drinks get warm on the counter), and have to ask them to return your credit card at the end of the transaction, then at last Pizza Hut has supplied the dining experience you seek.Follow-up: Six years after my initial experiences, the franchise has improved. I'd still tend to avoid carry-out from this location, but delivery has become much more prompt and accurate. I've revised the rating from one to three stars.

There were no delivery drivers and Pizzahut did not inform me that Doordash would deliver my order. It was 2 hours later from the initial delivery time given and cold and hard. The people at the call center were rude and flippant advising me I needed to contact Doordash.

Do not use the pizza hut at 3600 stat Ave kck. Every time I order they get it wrong. This last time last night I ordered the edge pizza and only got half of a pizza.

Well I had to call about it because it hadn't shown up. They stated that it was overlooked. So that has been 11 minutes ago. Also no pizza yet. The store is only .3 miles from my house.
