I ordered a pizza last night and got green pepper on it. I didn't order green pepper, because it makes me sick sometimes. I called to complain about it and reached a very RUDE person. I told her about my concerns and she asked me who's laughing in the background? I asked if she was talking to me? Then she said "I won't be if you don't answer my question ". I was alone with no background noise, then she hung up on me. I called back and someone immediately hung up the phone.I spoke to two different managers about my problem and it was worse than talking to "click 'em". There was no real concern that their mistake caused me discomfort or sickness. The manager I spoke to this afternoon said I should go to the hospital and sue them. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard from a manager of ANY place of "business". I don't see how they are still in business. The best part of my experience was my interaction with the Door Dash driver. I will NOT be ordering from Pizza Hut again. It's not good pizza, especially not worth $30+.Unless you want a terrible experience, don't waste your time or your money. ???I would rate it a zero if that option was available.

This location is trash they put you on hold forever then hang up on you, deliveries be missing items, and overall attitudes and no cares given! These young people don’t care about their jobs or the quality of the pizza I give them 1 star!

my parent was ill before i received an invitation for an interview, i went regardless after 2 interviews i was hired, the day I was scheduled to start my parent went to The ICU then passed ?, i called them and informed them of the devastating news and they told me to come in after everything was taken care of, 1 week went by and i came to start working and they fired me,, YES FIRED ME!! I highly recommend you don't support a company that only seems to be interested in the next dollar, this world is full of enough with HEARTLESS PEOPLE now the companies are being the same, Now I'm mourning and unemployed ?, thanks for reading my experience

When I went to pick up the pizza the manager Bri was yelling at teenage girls that were working there very unprofessional and downright being a bully I just walked back out I will not get pizza from a place that bully’s it’s workers..

Ordered well before close and my order was just cancelled. The time I ordered before this, the app asked me to tip the driver, so I did, but they passed the delivery along to Doordash and did not give the tip to the driver, they just pocketed my extra money. Terrible location, I'll just pick up from the one on Main from now on
