The workers are so nice kind, they treat you with respect and the workers are also very joyful which makes you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is super chill, inside and outside. THEY HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH!!! Which in my opinion is super cool? Services was amazing. The Food was EXCELLENT. Well cooked, fresh, HOT, and saucy ? Hello for starters i was a previous employee (recently fired), If you ever plan on working in this establishment dont you will not be treated like a human being,My pay was cut, my hours slashed, and my off days scattered. I was offered a paycheck increase but never received, it was only a way to keep me working for this horrid corporation and corpo personaified place of a dog wash environment that i had to work in until close everyday even though i never asked to close everyday. If you ever need a job dont choose Pizza Hut, If your starving for mediocre low quality overpriced pizza and freezer burnt wings come to Pizza Hut or how i like to call ita “Hut Hole” you can probably guess what that means intentionally.

The employee at the window tried to tell me the mozzarella sticks didn't come with marinara, and then tried to charge me for it. After some back in forth I asked for a manager(went full Karen) who then proceeded to say the same thing. That marinara doesnt come with the Mozzarella Sticks. It literally says it on the menu for gods sake. The sheer stupidity.

If I could give this rating -0 stars I would. 1st time trying the pizza melt Meat Lovers and last. Biting into it I felt a hair and spit it out heads up if you delivery through DoorDash I was offered $12.00 vs. the $40 I spent. I advised the employee that the workers need to wear what's required and nothing was offered as far as an apology, wasting my money and not trying to get sick this is what the world of customer service has come too.

I ordered dinner from this location 3 hours ago the estimated time was about 40 minutes from when I ordered my pizza it was about 20 to 30 minutes late no biggie. I've never had a negative experience with this particular location, but my food was late and I got the wrong dessert the pizza dough was undercooked and some of the ingredients were supposed to only be on half the pizza and they were on the whole pizza this was a very bad experience after having a very bad day didn't work terrible customer service from other companies I would rather the pizza be an hour late and right than to be on time or a little less late and undercooked. Never thought this to be the way I go on a diet I don't think I'll ever order from this restaurant again!
Worse experience ever. Usually would not complain however the customer service was horrible and I waited 2 hours to never receive my food. Highly recommend that the location hire more reliable

I have ordered pizza from here for years and it was great 90% of the time. Very hot and well made. Now they deliver with door dash. Door dash does not have the delivery bag that keeps your pizza hot. Now pizza is cold and old by the time you get it. Not to mention I have to help them find my house numerous times. I'll order anywhere else now so long as they deliver HOT pizza.

Pizza and cheese sticks were delivered ice cold. Did nit recieve marinara sauce including extras I paid for. Did not receive drinks with delivery. Had to drive to store to try and get corrected. Doors were locked before 8pm. Sat in drive-thru for over 30 minutes they said they would remake order. Only remade pizza not cheese sticks and even then they didn't make pizza as its was ordered originally. Horrible experience...
