So this review is NOT towards the store workers at all. I've had nothing but good experiences out of the actual store. THIS is for the CALL CENTER. The agents in the call center are disgustingly RUDE. I was hung up on several times, and all of the agents had a HORRIBLE tone and thats what led me to want a refund! I was inquiring about where my order was and every single rep had TERRIBLE service. If you hate your job, find a new one?!

I purchased wings here and they were horrible. They were dry, no sauce just nasty. You would think that as pricey as they are they would taste good. I will NEVER go back. NEVER EVER!!!!

It's 11pm ordered at 7:38 delivery time was 8:25 no pizza Big dude with the locs saying it's says delivered. Like it's not that good to want another pizza for free it's paid for I want my food guess it's safer to say cash and pay for it with a card when the driver gets there.

The Big New Yorker pizza I ordered with double pepperoni not only showed up 40 minutes late, but it was cold. It was not the pizza I ordered either. On top of that, when I called to have it corrected, they told me that because they don't have any delivery drivers, they were using door dash, and that I would have to call their corporate to have it taken care of. Not a great experience

I had to go through 5 people trying to order my food delivery. When I finally got it half my food was missing. Of course they said I didn't order what I claimed. But the receipt said different.
I received my pizza and it had all slid to one side. I stopped delivery driver to show him and he blamed it on the store. Called the store and the young lady was very rude and continued to talk in circles instead of ACTUALLY helping. It’s sad that people don’t want to actually do their job efficiently. Although, the mistake was made on Pizza Huts behalf no one took accountability. You have a lost a customer!

Absolutely foul food. Waited 2 hours to get it delivered and I only live a couple miles away. Called multiple times and said “waiting for DoorDash driver” came finally and all the food was cardboard and DISGUSTING. Not worth almost $50

My order was ready when I got there. The cashier was very friendly and made sure I didn't dash out the door without the rest of my order. They don't have delivery drivers and rely on Doordash drivers, so pickup is really the best option if you don't want to wait 45minutes.

The pizza was over cooked, they had trouble keeping up with Order because no one put the order receipts on them. I was disappointed that I had waited an hour. They compensate the customers in front of me, I guess I upset set them because I refused a cold pizza that want what I wanted. The manager even walked out to make a call when someone pushed pizza out of the warmer. #pizzahut

I live about 5 minutes away from this Pizza Hut, and I’ve ordered delivery twice. The first time took over two hours and the order was wrong; this time I’m still waiting on the order 130min later. I guess shame on me for giving them a second chance.Pizza Hut’s my preferred pizza place, but this one isn’t worth dealing with.
