I was handed my food and it was missing a meal I ordered. Once I was gave the chicken, I noticed he didn't give me the sides that came with it. I was already waiting 15 Mina smh
Customer service was weird. Big dude in the drive thru should wear a sanitary beard mask for flaky skin?. Ordered the surf and turf, the shrimps were under cooked. The biscuit was fresh❤️

Popeye's use to be cheaper and better than KFC. I love spicy chicken they serve.Unfortunately customer service just isn't the same as it was back in a day. Some staff members get attitude with customers. Long gone are the days of " The customer is always right."

My bad reviews is not about the food. The food is wonderful. The business itself is just terrible! Went there today little before 9 PM and they were not open. There was a piece of paper on menu that said "Closed for maintenance" . Funny part was there was absolutely no one in the building! What kind of maintenance does not require people? Also why do they need to close if the maintenance is not being done there? This is not the first time they have randomly closed without warning or notice. That is not how you should conduct business!

I THOUGHT ABOUT APPLYING TO BE A MANAGER JUST TO FIRE EVERYONE. THATS HOW BAD IT IS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. OMG! 2 CARS CAN BE AHEAD OF YOU AND IT WILL TAKE LONGER THAN 15MINUTES. YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER. YOU CAN ORDER 3 THINGS AND THEY WILL FORGET THE WHOLE DAMN ORDER OR MORE THAN HALF OF IT. I DONT SEE HOW THIS LOCATION IS STILL STANDING. The absolutely worst Popeyes I’ve ever experienced - super slow drive-through, always fills the food order incorrectly & every non-manager is rude and incompetent. F the chicken sandwich! Fire the regional manager for allowing this foolery. What a waste.
