Everytime I go, my order is not correct, either they give me small item, if you could have seen shrimp in shrimp tackle box or they not give me my whole order. Then when you call, phone rings busy, I just spent $35.00 and received partial order, phone ringing busy for over an hour and I don't have transportation to get back to location on troost. Got to do better, winder if it is because they've changed workers, whole store is now Latin America, no other race works in store and this is a chicken restaurant.

Usually its good & order is right but sat 1/20 they f----everything up. I ordered ghost wings & when I got home they gave us hot wings. Suppose 2 get 2 biscuit only got 1. Ask 4 red beans & got mash. U really need 2 check b4 u leave. They have never made such a big mistake. Just check.

I almost had to come down to this location because they are rude but who expects anything different from Popeyes even the managers are unprofessional. They didn't put ANY chicken in my bag just fries and then told me its because they didn't have any chicken, I didn't come to a chicken restaurant for fries... so why didn't you NOTIFY me and then you keep interrupting me. Disgusting behavior but hey like I said its popeyes, maybe I'll get corporate involved especially on the male manager. And can you imagine hanging up on someone whos being polite to you, lol wild

Their food is the only good thing about this location. Cashier at window had both earbuds in singing and dancing and we couldn’t get her attention except just to take our money. Manager right there just allowing this. Ridiculous. We said thank you after her handling us the food. I don’t know why. She couldn’t hear us nor did she care. She should be reprimanded and not allowed music earbuds while working the window. Also , no it wasn’t the drive thru headset unless you have pink AirPods for her and the person on the drive thru mic has a head set and hers plays music for her to dance sing and ignore customers. TERRIBLE SERVICE AT WINDOWMANAGEMENT ALLOWED THIS SHE WAS WATCHING AND NOT CARING. This was Thursday evening October 26th @6:45 pm

I'll wait to give this video to a manager smh don't eat here. The employees or packaging the food without gloves on in the window playing blatantly showing frustration for having to take customers orders refuse to make the customers doordash order that we were picking up we had to back up in the Drive-Thru to try to get service again because each employee had on both earbuds and was too busy dancing and or leaning across the counter they clearly had a lot of free time with a lot of employees on the clock you would think the customer service would be pretty easy and running off company revenue
