Words cannot described my happiness enough! The staff were so amazing, friendly, helpful, and always smiling! The food was beyond delicious! The store was sparkling clean! And can I just say....I LOVE QDOBA!!! Thanks for the extra cilantro and sour cream!!!

I ordered on the app . Got the the store and they lost the order ? When the remade it they ignored all notes so no extra rice I requested , no pico was even added and instead of a large chip they gave me a small . The employee tried his best to help but the manager didn't even look at me or offer any apology. I just wanted my food .

Love the service, son misses the Impossible meat...but still an excellent meal for vegetarians, staff very careful as we go in weekly. Always very happy with our serviceand meals.But the atmosphere is better for the younger crowd 10-28 yr Olds. Or possibly if a group is shopping together during the holidays.Vegetarian options: We loved the Impossible options you had offered, extra protien (maybe add plain Greek yougart instead of sour cream???).But what is left is pretty great. Wish they would keep Impossible meat with veggies or cheese(cross contamination, never happened though; great staff)!The guacamole, Pico de myo, black beans, yummy!!!
Really enjoying this huge Rice Burrito my wife picked up for me. In all fairness I tore it apart and did find a trace of meat.

Why doesn't this place have a line out the door. They're awesome. The employees really do make a difference. They are cheerful which is a rarity these days. Everything in the dining room was stocked and they got my order exactly right. The food is much better quality than their chief rival. Take advantage of the loaded tortilla soup while you can. It's a bowl of happiness.
The employees here deserve a 5 ⭐ review! They are all so kind and friendly! The food is amazing!!! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! It's way better than Chipotle!!!

Really good deals if you use rewards... friendly staff and relatively affordable for a couple of people to eat, last time I went my food was burnt a little bit but I'll chalk that up to a random event.
Stood in line for 5 minutes on halloween without anyone coming up to us while they continued to go about their work. We walked out since they didn't want our business I guess.

The food is just as good or better than chipotle. Prices are pretty much okay, a little more pricey than other fast food joints. The staff were friendly, clean restrooms and overall a good atmosphere. Just wish they weren’t out of almost all the drinks at their coca-cola dispenser.
