Overall it was a pretty good visit. We did show up an hour before close, so there were practically no others in the restaurant. The drinks we ordered were good. The food was alright, kind of bland for our liking. They have tons of options that all sounded pretty good. Probably worth more than one visit just to give more things a chance to stand out.

Our waitress was Cari and we had dinner on 4-18-2024. We haven't eaten at a Red Lobster in years. I was amazed how sumptuous our meal was! Cari was overworked but was an excellent server. We looked over the new menu items and saw several meals we want to try. We will be back! Cari deserves recognition for her superlative work. Thank you for a pleasant dinner.
A lot of the food is dated for the modern palette and it was obvious as we saw the majority of the crowd in the 50+ age bracket. Some food items were edible, however, I received coleslaw that literally tasted rotten. I let the waitress know about the issue and I was still charged in full. The staff shrugged the issue off. With people choosing how to spend their dollars wisely, I'd suggest that this place cleans up their customer service before their main clientele goes extinct with them.

Food was as always wonderful! shrimp perfectly prepared lobster pasta dish was GREAT wish I would have skipped it and gotten more of the shrimp on pasta that was PERFECTLY COOKED TASTED FANTASTIC the sauce for it was MUCH better than the lobster not saying the lobster wasn't good that sauce wasn't as good as the shrimp one served with a smile pleasant young lady and the atmosphere there was me and 6 other people at 12:30 on a Monday so I'm impressed

The restaurant appeared to be very clean overrall. However, the 1980s decor is extremely dated and depressing. It's in horrible need of interior refurbishment. If I were corporate, I'd be embarrassed and ashamed to have let the establishment go so long without upgrades. Our waitress, Kari [I think was the spelling of her name], was perfectly attentive, and her friendliness was completely refreshing. Her attention to detail and our comfort were over-the-top excellent, and she probably deserves a nice pay raise. The food was... we'll, it was Red Lobster, so I gave it an average score. It was presented well, but the portions were very disappointing compared to the cost.
The lobster fest was terrific, and the service was great, felt like i got a good value for the money spent, would recommend, and will take my family again!
Great service all around!! It was around 8, and not many people in there, it was my wife and two daughters. Our server was a young gentleman, maybe in his late 20s, I would say, long hair. He had awesome customer relation skills, a great sense of humor, and was very prompt about bringing our food out and any other service needed. I've been to this location many times, always great!!!

Great place to eat!The prices gone up.Changed menu less to pick on menu. Salads are additional, doesn't come with meal anymore.
