I got the wrong food delivered to me as well as my shake. She came and got the food I was unaware of the shake being wrong bc it had red in it which I got strawberry she didn't get the shake back. I had opened and touched the food, she delivered that food to the car it was supposed to go to. I got home and took a drink of my shake and it was cherry. Sonic is also ridiculously expensive for the little food u get.

Spur of the moment decision to stop and have something to eat. The lady who took the order was very helpful and patient and very nice. She went above and beyond.
I have been coming here everyday for the past week trying to fulfill my pregnancy craving of Cheddar Bites, every time I come down, they always say “ we are not serving food at this time”. I just think if that’s the case then why not put a sign out or something. Not to mention, it always seems to be the same lady and she’s extremely rude about it.
I feel bad for the one lady that was working. I mean literally the one lady that was working. She was the order taker, the cook, and the server. I waited for 20 minutes for a single corn dog

I was just there and women taking my order told us to hurry up with us ordering....like first of off that is very rude to rush your customers and and that not my fault that she was the only one taking orders. Like maybe you should hire or train more people to take orders because I know it's not that hard!!!!

I arrived at 20 till close and the workers were seemingly pulling out of the stall but no one bothered to say that they weren't going to be open. The red light flashed for about 10 minutes and I'm realizing that nobody is going to come help me. Very disappointing after driving here after a long shift at Worlds of Fun Halloween Haunt . With everything else close already I was really banking on this being open. Bummer.
It's probably the dirtiest Sonic I've ever seen, but was giving g it the benefit of the doubt, but regret ever ordering there. I ordered just a simple bacon breakfast burrito and they weren't busy so really no excuse. My burrito barely had any egg in it and when I say all the bacon was burnt I mean it was no konger bacon and was just charcoal and completely unable to be eaten. Sadly I was already back at the place I was staying and just had to throw it away. I highly suggest never going to this Sonic.

Closet restaurant by my house food is okey though the fries usually taste old and sometimes cold you will quite frequently get the wrong order and not what you paid for as well as usually waiting 30-45 minutes I wouldn't recommend unless really

Service was friendly, and even though most bays were occupied, the food was delivered in a timely manner. Response time on the kiosk was a little delayed, but that didn't ruin the overall dining experience. It is to be noted that there is no drive-through at this location. The pickle fries I ordered were around $5 with two ranch cups for dipping and were served to me hot and freshly fried. The pickles stayed in their dried breaded shell, and they were an easily shareable snack for the road.

I was visiting this Sonic because it was the closest thing around near Truman Medical Center and boy oh boy. Let me tell you. The customer service was good. The food was okay. I got Debit Card fraud for $70. They did forget one of my drinks. But, I do recommend that you stray away from this Sonic unless you want to risk getting shot. While ordering our food we heard gun shots in the distance, along with people and several woman screaming. I know that I won't be back. Unless I want to play Russian-roulette and have my money stolen.
