Recently went here with my children. Ordered on the app ahead of time. The place wasn't very busy at all, and our server was very polite. But we still waited over 10 minutes for a couple hotdog kids meals, a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast burrito. Then one of my children didn't even get their kid's toy, which yes seems silly, but to a kid it's a big deal, especially when her sister got a toy and she didn't.

Havent been to this sonics in a while, then I remembered why today. Burger was half raw, we got a large cheese tots and there were hardly any tots. Screw it ill never go back

Ordered a burrito ? I then ask for salsa . She tells me no salsa … ok they should tell people that when ordering … then brings me out an orange juice with no ice !!! Proceeds to tell me they don’t put ice in orange juice ……… since when today ?!?! Worst sonic ever .
