one of their long term employees always gets an attitude when they make your drink wrong. they jip you and give you 2/3s of your drink. the only thing they dont mess up is the food since all they have to do is heat it up. idk what starbucks is doing to them to make them so combative with customers. yes i know they will "fix" a drink if needed but when addressing it is met with a nasty attitude and they give you the same drink back why even bother. its only this location that ive come across this same issue with the same employee.

The manager made me pay for a bagel like tf I already ate breakfast this morning. She really treated me like a kid. All because I just asked for hot water lol the behavior, racism and disrespect was highly top notch at this location. I won't be coming back here ever again and I mean that with all my heart. Also, the CEO of the company should of rethought twice about putting a Starbucks location at this section part of the city of Kansas cause it was a dumb decision evidently. They got only one outlet to charge up electronics and employees be acting like they don't be wanting you to use the bathroom. Weird vibes at it's finest and I'm not dealing with it so y'all can go right ahead.....now I see why the brand is getting boycotted respectfully. Starbucks becoming way too out of pocket.

This Starbucks Manager was very rude and nasty too me I asked for water she basicially told me that water isn't for free and that I had too make a purchase in order to get water from her very unmannerly not too meantion this location was out of condiments no sugars , no honey packs , no napkins etc !!!!! Because of that awful incounter I won't be coming back too this location I felt racially profiled at that because i'm a women of color

This new Starbucks location is just a few blocks from the old location a couple of blocks away. Only open about 7 months, they have an awesome staff that is not only friendly, but also offer great service. The patio is wonderful on nice days. I love popping in during the work day to the cheerful workers and grabbing a coffee or treat!Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp at the entrance to the H&R Block HQ is easy to use.Dietary restrictions: Many options for those with dietary restrictions.

I typically stick to my usual order but sometimes I like to mix it up and the team always comes through with a tasty beverage suggestion, like the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. Kristina makes it the best! They are always willing to help answer questions and it just makes my day to visit them to get my coffee.
