I love this Starbucks location. It's very convenient to order through their app, and they almost always have my order ready by the time I get there. They have a drive through so I don't have to go in when it's raining. I've never received bad customer service at this location, and they always make my chai tea latte perfectly (extra chai, no water!) Shout out to Megan who always greets customers when they come in and asks them how they're doing, has a wonderful, positive attitude, and is always working hard and fast to get drinks out. She brightens my day!

This place is awful! The customer service and the drinks are trash. And yes before you ask I did gave this place the benefit of doubt and did not judge them by the first visit. I have went to this place before work in the morning multiple times and I am very specific about everything down to the syrups, but they always mess something up. And it is an inconvenience for me because I have so rush to work. If I could give this place a negative zero I WOULD!

This is the most inconsistent Starbucks ever. I order the same drink every day but never know if I'm going to like it because it gets made differently each time. I don't understand it. I've also noticed on previous occasions that they basically ignore in-store orders until they get the drive-thru caught up. So if you see a long line outside, don't think you are going to go inside and get your items faster.

I was the only one in the drive thru and still had to wait for them to answer me back after I said hello twice. Then when they answered they did it with an attitude. I proceeded to order my coffees only to find out they are out of hazelnut and pumpkin spice. It's the holiday season stock up. I will not be back and will take my money to 7 Brew where they understand customer service.
