The service and food were excellent! The serving sizes were large. The fried rice was probably the best that I have ever eaten.

The sushi was good, the cooked food left some flavor and spice to be desired.

Sichuan wasnt even spicy and was very greasy. Meat to veggie proportion too much meat. Cook is wasting owners money. Green tea was weak. Plateware was mismatched china and plastic bowls. Plastic drinking cup. Place was very dimly lit cant see the menu well. This place needs an overhaul. Great location and service was pleasant and well staffed but needs new ownership or much needed improvements. This place. Could be great with some changes, this place would be making alot more money but half full on a weekend at lunch time should tell you something....

The food was good for the most part. The dressing on the salad was more watery than I like but other than that it was good. They were fairly busy when we were there so we had to ask the waitress more than once for things but that's understandable

Stix Restaurant is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for delicious Asian cuisine. Sushi rolls and hibachi entrees def a must try, their food was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. 11/10!

Let me say it does not compare to Gojos, but a few things are similar. Yes, they have the yellow sauce which was good...but I did notice a difference from the online menu from dine-in menu...online it says for hibachi you can only get either soup or salad well let's just say if u opt into soup...I mean broth I would be pissed that it's literally just broth no noodles or croutons...the salad tastes almost the same and with the veggies no potatoes in the mix. Overall, the food was good, but idk if I'll go back on my own unless I have a birthday dinner to go to like this day.

Worst service tonight. I have been here many times. They had tons of staff working. They were not busy the main dining room had two tables sat and I was one of the two. Took forever to be greeted as no one was at the podium. Then after food was brought out never saw the waitress again no refills and we finally had to request our check from the bartender so we could pay our bill.

Expensive but the food is always great. You don't have to sit where they cook in front of you.

Came here for a corporate dinner. Food was absolutely amazing, large portions. The hibachi is always a fun time, and would definitely come back again!

This place is entirely mediocre and not worth the money. The food is ridiculously overpriced for the quality and quantity that they give you. I have literally had better Chinese buffet sushi than this place has to offer. If this restaurant was located where I live instead of here in Kansas City, it would inevitably go out of business due to the competition.$5 for one piece of eel nigiri and $12 for a basic roll that doesn't even surpass the realm of absolute mediocrity is absurd.I will say that the saving grace of this place is the atmosphere as well as the fact that at the VERY least they aren't overstuffing their sushi with rice to penny pinch.
