I was disappointed to find out that the owner doesn't give the employees the tips from the register when you pay with credit card. The employees deserve all there tips.

Yair and Jazmin were the sweetest ever! I was having a bad day and they were the two people that made my day turn around! very patient and made sure to make my complicated order with love! This will definitely be my favorite subway from now on :)

This subway is a fine gem compared to the on on SW Blvd. At this subway everything was great. Food, store, employees; but if you go to SW bld and 7th st you will have a different experience because at this subway the rude @$$ lady will tell you you can't gave extra nothing because what's out us all she has and then she'll proceed to make the person behind you's order (a person who is not with you and has a totally different order/ticket) and leave you standing at the register waiting to pay.. all the while being so rude and not too mention it's hotter inside the store then it is outside and it's 100°... This store was a little warm also now that I think of it...subway needs to step up their AC game.. but the food and service were great here...your experience will be very different if you go to SW Blvd and 7th st

I put in an order on the subway app. So when I went to pick up my order that "didn't" have the flatizza due to not having any flatbreads. So I had asked the guy how would I go about getting my money back for the flatizzas. So the guys says go onto the app and there is a place where you can say you didn't receive the food(no place at all). So as they guy is explaining a customer walks in and one of her kids ordered a Flatbread sandwich. They did not tell her that they were out of flat breads and proceeded to pull the flat breads out. So I said okay I see where this is going. So today I went in to talk to a manager. The manager was unavailable and the lady asked why did I need a manager. Upon telling her what had happen she turns to talk to the guy that I was talking to last night(that didn't even try to tell them what was going on). So now they basically got 14$ and some change out of me because nobody knows how to refund me my money.
Every time I walk into this place I regret. The staff moves at a snails pace and of course there is never enough employees. If I had a 90 minute lunch break there wouldn't be an issue. I hope I never hate myself enough to go back.

Ordered online went to get the order asked to use the restroom was told no. Ordered turkey ham and bacon extra bacon extra $3 no prob but didn't get any bacon and extra mayo it's covered in mayo. I called them to replace the sandwich was told they would have the warmed up bacon ready for me to put on the sandwhich they won't remake it hell I should have just made my own sandwich at home
