It’s actually nice to have a fast food restaurant in the area with good customer service . I’ve only had one bad experience here that the employees were rude but majority of the time they’re actually nice . I typically go late night when I go and that when I notice they’re very nice Beth & Kristen for the win they make a big difference in your experience

Probably the worst taco bell experience I've had in 3 years. Took 10 minutes to give me 2 burritos that were considerably lighter than they generally are. Also set in the drive through for 5 minutes and the line didn't move at all. Poor establishment.

Not sure if the employees are trained to blatantly ignore customers at the counter or not. If so, all the employees working when I went here were exceedingly good at it. They didn't give me all the food I ordered. When I went up to the front counter, it took about 10 minutes to get someone to acknowledge me, but only after I had to yell to get someone's attention. Then I noticed they didn't make the food I got correctly..this is one of the worst TBs I've been to.

The young man that took our order never spoke to us except to tell us to pull around for the total. I requested no sour cream on two items and it was on both. I asked for hot sauce two different times and got mild sauce. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but this guy deserves to know that he should at least greet his customers and maybe listen while ordering and at the window. Thing is they were not even busy he just didn’t care. RUDE!! We were there at 2:10 pm Saturday 3/23/24

placed an online order and it was totally wrong…placed another one bc we forgot to add something to the original one so we drove back through the drive-thru with the wrong order to get it corrected and then wait on the new one…well we got the second order and it was also incorrect - will give them the benefit of the doubt and say they got most of the second order right but dang man..

I go through the drive-thru to get a breakfast burrito I ask for double eggs double potatoes sour cream and hot sauce. I get my burrito I didn't get what I asked for and then I go back through the drive-thru she hands me a side of eggs and a side of potatoes and a side of sour cream so I can put the burrito together myself instead of just remaking the burrito.

The window associate refused and stated I had sauces in the bag and that mild was good enough.

Out of all the Taco Bell’s in the area, this one easily just became my favorite. I went by there tonight and all the employees this shift were so polite and just seemed happy to be there. We need more Taco Bell’s like that around here ?And the best part is, THEY GOT MY WHOLE ENTIRE ORDER RIGHT ??that never happens these days lol Good Job guys ?

I've tried, but I won't go back. This is the 3rd time, out of 3, that my order was missing something. My daughter was sad. The girl at the drive thru was annoyed I asked which drink was which. She said, "I don't know, I didn't pour them" and shut the window on me.
