terrible customer service! I was extra polite and apologized for making my order confusing. As I was apologizing and trying to clarify my order (just a number 7) she yelled at me over the intercom box to go to the window, I got to the window and apologized again and she interrupted me literally YELLING the total at me. I was so shocked I drove away because what the heck?! Who does that?! I was so polite, never rose my voice, apologized multiple times to try and make it right and easy. Anyway, save yourself a hassle and just to to McDonald’s across the street.

Not very friendly and definitely not consistent with the products they make. It's smaller portions in some and way too much in others and 90% of the time tortilla is hard broken or not folded right which makes for a mess.

Waited for 15 mins with not a single other customer in there. There were about 4 or 5 employees and not a single person came up front to the register to take our order. We even asked for assistance and they just looked at us and came waking by. Finally I asked for corporates number and they all stopped what they were doing and started talking to each and then a guy came and told us he didn't know it and walked away!!!??? Still didn't take our order. First customer service ever

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. The arrogant person that served me was indignant and a repulsive behavior. They made me wait twenty minutes for my food and proceeded to tell me after waiting they did not have the food I ordered in stick. I asked for a refund and that little girl that couldn’t apologize for their mistake didn’t process my refund. I asked for the manager and she said that the manager was too busy to help me. The worst place on Shawnee drive and definitely in need of several people being fired as they have no clue how to run a business. Do not eat here pretty sure they pick food up off the floor and feed it to you.

I've been waiting in this drive thru for over 30 mins with the same two cars in front of me. First half was to wait to get our order taken, now to get our food. This will be the last time I come to this location cause no matter what my order always gets messed up some how.

Save yourself some time, and go elsewhere. They gave our order away to the person in front of us, and tried to hide it.After already waiting 20+ minutes to get to the window, we pay. They start obviously scrambling and several people asked what we ordered. Instead of the “manager” telling us they messed up, being honest and apologize to try to make it right… they just kept the window closed talking to everyone but us.After waiting another ten+ minutes with zero communication, the cashier reluctantly tells us they gave our food away.We just said forget it, as that would have been nice to know before we paid.… give us our money back.They continued to ignore us with the window shut.The “manager” continued to ignore our request for a refund, and then started arguing that they needed the receipt- that we never got in the first place. They found it in their trash. ?She tried to force us to take the food again after making us wait more, instead of our refund. We refused the food and again demanded a refund.We had to hold up the line to get her to give us our money back.She then refused to give us the original receipt for the bank dispute.Mistakes happen- but ignoring your customers when YOU mess up? Catching an attitude when we are upset about the complete lack of management and communication?I certainly hope they completed the refund correctly, but the snarky supervisor clearly doesn’t know what she is doing, so obviously nobody else in the place is going to know either.?️
