AVOID THIS LOCATION. Ordered online for in store pickup & doors were locked at 3:15 pm on a weekday. I walked around to the drive-thru to see what was up and an unpleasant employee yelled at me that I had to be in a car & then walked away. This store has serious customer service issues. This is not the 1st time I’ve had issues with staff who didn’t understand what good customer service is.

Whatever crew they got over there needa fix their attitudes. Customer service is in the negatives if they had that option. Sad to see a bunch of grown adults acting the way they do.

My order is nearly half wrong rather items are missing ingredients or ingredients asked to be left off are still on order. To make matters worst I was the only car in the drive thru and they still couldn’t get my $30 order right. Count your days Taco

The absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been too the late night crew is extremely disrespectful every time I go they always make my food the wrong way and I always ask for the same modifications. The food was also cold . Even the managers on the night crew is very disrespectful and unprofessional I will never step foot or ever order at this place again

Horrible experience. This location needs new management and new workers. I’ve had plenty of occasions I’ve came too eat and got horrible service. But tonight I order my food $30 worth just for my order to be wrong and cold. I drive back to the restaurant and the cashier was rude when I told them my order was wrong and wanted it remade. They make my food again just for it to be wrong a second time. This location needs serious help and it starts with management. COMMON SENSE

After leaving the Taco Bell by Zona on Barry Rd at around 11:28pm on 2/19 because they had the drive-through shut down with a sign that said "come inside".. ?..., and lobby doors were locked...then having someone peeping around a corner inside but never told all the confused people standing outside..why they were closed? So I drove back down highway to this Taco Bell that I am reviewing , it was close to midnight...met at the window with an awesome person named ROGER who chatted with us and so super friendly, instead of making people wait silently at the window. Food was great, hot, and glad they did a great job right at closing time.....Thanks again "Roger"!! Great Job!!!

I order extra cheese, never get it. Order a taco supreme without tomatoes it has tomatoes on it. They never answer the phone. The manager is rude. I will now go to the location on Barry which is further away because their service is good!

They closed the lobby early, and wouldn't refill or replace my drink through the drive through. I had also ordered a Mountain Dew Zero and received a Baja Blast. That's not a huge deal, but they were really rude to me about it.

Ordered three simple things. 3! Not 300, freaking THREE!How are you going to forget a third of the order? Seriously? Fails! Like, I don't know why you took a job knowing you can't count to THREE, but great googly mooglie, you have 4 dang fingers and an opposable thumb don't ya?Do better ya scrubs. It's personal with this location because they have only done ONE thing with 100% accuracy and that's FAIL 100% OF THE TIME.Additional review:Going to keep adding EVERY time they fail. Mainly because they fail EVERY time, and people should be aware.It's the small things. Like cutting through quesadillas. Which they never have. At least not for me.The employees do NOT care, and that's on them. They have decent wages and opportunities, they just are literally the worst crew I've encountered.This location needs an additional manager to get this crew trained, and that crew needs to do the dang job.Great location if you are starving to death. Outside that, be warned.
