I stopped here on my way home from work for what I thought would be an easy dinner for my son and I... I ordered two biggie bags and while eating my burger I noticed a fly in my food and instantly stopped eating and threw away the burger. After my son finished eating I decided I was unsatisfied and wanted to try and get my burger made again so I would not have to buy or cook something else. I returned to Wendy's and told them what happened. I was told you pull up to the window and I began explaining to the employee at the window when another employee says under his breath "where the food w the fly" and I asked him to say it again to me and not to the ground. I handed them the food I had left (rest of the meal) and he looked through the entire thing and told me there was no fly but they will remake anyway. I told him I threw it out but took a picture if he would like to see it. I asked him why he was rude to me and he said I was the one w an attitude.. I told him o was only matching his energy and he told me he was about to match mine and multiply it by 100.... Over a damn burger? Anywho, o told him he was very rude and I was the one wasting MY time, gas and money coming back here. They ended up only remaking one meal so I LOST MONEY having them remake my food they didn't give me my ranch that a requested and not even a single napkin in the bag! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This location seriously deserves-0 stars. I went to this location this morning to pick up a delivery order and will never return. The rudeness and unsanitary conditions are disgusting the older lady with longer dirty hair was preparing food without a hairnet and the talk guy was preparing food without gloves I watched him pickup the breakfast potatoes without gloves and was making a burrito. Absolutely sickening. I did also take photos of the two. I also contacted the corporate office as well as the health department.

Prepared burger wrong. Called mgr said I could bring it back for refund. I did but a supervisor at Wendys refused, said mgr Daniel was wrong. Wendy does not refund for their mistakes. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO A WENDYS!!!

I went through the drive-through on Saturday afternoon and ordered me a number seven. The lady that was on the speaker was extremely rude while she was taking my order. I pulled up to the window to pay for my food and the same lady that took my order, she was a long blonde haired lady older with glasses wearing a Wendy’s ball cap. The Wendy’s employee female employee was extremely rude at the window. she would not give me a receipt for my food. She slammed the window closed. She then came back and opened up the window and told me that I had to move forward. There was nobody else in the restaurant or the drive-through. The female Wendy’s employee told me that I had to pull forward because corporate has a timer system and that if I sit at the window that it will mess up her timer and she will get in trouble with corporate so they want me to pull forward so that it doesn’t affect the timer. And I told her that I’ve worked in the restaurant business for a long time. And the reason for that timer is so that you can have good customer service and get the fast food out in a fast time. She slam the door shut on me. The female Wendy’s employee then came back slammed the window open threw the food at me through the window I said ma’am you don’t have to be rude at that time a larger male tall male employee came over to the window and the female Wendy’s employee slammed the door window on me and turned around and didn’t acknowledge me after that. So I had food in my car.I will never go back to this restaurant ever again even though it’s closer to my house I will definitely be driving further to go to a different Wendy’s restaurant.
