I love their burger but when I want a burger I want it made right so when I order a double bacon burger with cheese and lettuce I expected cheese lettuce and bacon but I got a cheeseburger with onions and pickles, no lettuce and no bacon.

So me and my boyfriend usually DoorDash Wendy’s and most days they’re out of the chocolate frosty - no biggie, we get it lol it’s popular. Tonight we decided to call ahead before ordering to see if they had it and the sweetest lady answered the phone - Tamara - and told us that she was so sorry but the machine was down - once again, no biggie. What got me was how she spoke to my boyfriend. She had the kindest and sweetest tone and she just absolutely made our night - she’s the absolute best and deserves the world. We may not get our Frostys tonight but we got something better - an awesome human interaction ☺️ Thank you Wendy’s for hiring Tamara and being the best
