Cannot get a simple order right in the drive through.... Won't answer the phone... Not only did we get the wrong order the food sucked.... The poorest service i've ever seen. I could have swore jobs like that were for kids going to college not career moves for middle age people too stupid to do anything else.

The food is good enough to deal with the overworked, grouchy drive through woman during lunch. She is not nice but she's fast, so I take the good with the bad. The food is always hot and fresh.

Food is trash. The lady working the speaker is absolutely disrespectful. She forgot our potatoes and we drove back through she continued to YELL at my through the speaker and when I pulled up she slammed my hand with them and then smaller the window shut. She's never pleasant.

Coming from a person that used to manage a Wendy’s,I always if it’s available close to where I am at. Unfortunately, I needed to use the restroom this location! I was not allowed to get the key to the retractions unless I buy something first. Struck me odd, but no problem. Done using the restroom, no toilet paper ?. Opening a restaurant I understand. Well, no paper towels either ?, I will dry my hands on my shirt, no damn soap…?Went to front asked fire a manager to explain, heard giggles and smirks. What a shame this manager and this owner are putting on an otherwise good fast food chain!!!!I hope that this will reach listening ears!2/9/24 noon ?

I came about 20 mins before breakfast ended, ordered a large maple bacon chicken meal and 2 sausage sandwiches on the side , instead I got 2 maple bacon chicken sandwiches and an egg croissant with mayo????, when I returned it I was told that breakfast ended and they ran out and I can get a refund, in the back I heard the manager asking if I was going to reorder ( meaning they had food left) then gave me my refund in cash and closed the window without handing my card back, the whole time the lady in the back was talking with so much attitude about us not to mention when my iced coffee got taken back it got poured back into the canister after I had drank it

I had a drive through order, I have four children and myself so that was 5 big bags. Man they had me pull up I waited two mins and my food came out hot and fresh loved spending my money today. The man that helped replace my dp and coke was amazing. It was worth $28.98. If you want fresh food come here, I hope who ever is on this crew stays for this location. They made that ish look easy and painless. Show them some love and be nice when you stop by.

Came thru the drive thru, they pulled me forward over 2 sandwiches and forgot sauces in my bag, when I drove back around and asked the lady raised her voice and didn’t hand me any! They are rude!!
