The service at this Wendy was beyond horrible, i waited in line for at most 15-20 minutes the staff was heard fighting on who took the orders but no staff members cared to try. There was a long line of customers waiting to order but when the staff finally took my order they left the other customers and didn’t come back for a little bit. I wasn’t able to get my food for the longest time i waited for another 15-20 minute to get served my food . The staff at this Wendy wasn’t very good and couldn’t care about the customers don’t come to this Wendy’s if you don’t want to be disappointed

I got to the window to get my food, I got no ice in my drinks plus one of my drinks were wrong. I was told to pull up to wait for my food, once I got it, items were missing. I went in to get the rest and the crew had an attitude. The boy that ran out my food was coming with one of my missing items, I told him I was also waiting for my nuggets. He sighed and rolled his eyes. The sandwich maker asked me what was wrong with it in a rude tone. I told him I’m waiting for my nuggets. Also the manager was at the sandwich station and walked toward the back completely ignoring me. Then I had to come back in a second time to get straws for my drinks. Once I got home, one of my sandwiches were made wrong and fries were cold, soggy, and covered in grease. The sad thing is, I was the general manager of this store almost 3 years ago and it’s terrible to see how far down hill this place has really gone. If it were me still working there, I’d replace them all.

So as I write this at 7:29 pm on a Friday night I'm in the parking lot trying to get some food and they have all doors locked... they are servicing drive thru, but my wife and I are having car trouble in a parking g lot next to this location and cannot use the drive through at the moment, and I was planning on getting food... guess I'll have to go to Freddy's across the street... is it just me or don't these companies all have a uniform time that they close the lobby at or am I ceazy... you just lost a customer.
