Zaxby's was awful this night. Ordered $75 worth of food. All 3 people ordering found hair in food, red in color particularly. When we went inside to talk to the Manager about this, Jakob, I asked, "Is it in policy to wear hairnets"? He replied, "Depends on the length of hair". I said "what if it's past shoulder length"? He says, "Yes, we should". Yet, no employee(s) period were wearing hairnets. The Manager was otherwise incredibly rude and disregarding of the sanitary issue. Would not recommend due to safety of food concerns.

Website shows they are open till 10:00 arrived a few minutes after 9:00 in the lobby is closed only drive-thru is open. Then I'm told they don't have anything that involves chicken fingers because they're out of those. And then they follow up with we're way behind it will take awhile to get your food. Commend your website to show you close at 9:00 if you can't serve much of anything after that and then have to wait 20 minutes to get your food. Shut it down and go home at 9:00.

3/12/24 2:45pm Front counter staff was polite and eager to meet the needs of the customer. The heavyset dark haired obnoxiously loud cook on the other hand was more concerned about gossiping than working. My sandwich was sloppily thrown together with a gallon of sauce on it that spilled everywhere when you tried to eat it and the crinkle fries were soggy from all the sauce that leaked out of the sandwich. Disappointed in the food. Will not return. Front counter did their job correctly.

I live near the Antioch location, but i always get bad food there..so I went to the Liberty location, which in the past always served good food, with the exception of today. There were only 3 employees working, I waited 30+ minutes for food, and when I got my 2 Big Zax meal, they literally gave me 7 fries, that were redipped in grease, they had trash piled up, and the soda machine was filty. You guys need to do better.

We used to like the Cobb Salads with grilled chicken, but lately they have not been made correctly. What is missing this time from both of these Cobb Salads? The egg and bacon. The employees that work on Sundays between the hours of 5 and 8pm either need to be retrained or fired. They are slow and lazy on this day and shift. I have waited for over 5 minutes during this time when picking up my online order. You can hear the employees in the back, but you can't see them. This needs to be corrected before we will come back or we will look at our order in detail before leaving.

The fried pickles worked well with the cornmeal batter. However, I wasn't a fan of the chicken. The batter was bland and flavorless. It wasn't bad, just not what my taste palette desires.

UPDATE: Waited 10 min in the drive thru (I was told to pull ahead) while 4 cars behind me got their food and drove away. I don't understand that.Great food and a clean restaurant. Very nice employees.
