Hadn't been to a JJs in a year or so and had sticker shock going to this one. The subs now have seemly half the ingredients and are twice the price. Not going back here. Back in the day they had sprouts and cheap prices. Now they are just fast overpriced trash.

It would have been nice if the person who took my order would had told me before I ordered that half the things that went on the 2 sandwiches I ordered they were out of so I only got half the sandwich I paid

The salad are the the bomb ? and the unwiches are delish. Not to mention the cookies in the brownies. The employees have always been super nice and have always gone and above and beyond to make your sandwiches and your salad's perfect.

I'm not particularly sure where to rate this one. I can only select whole numbers, but in reality I think I would give it a 3.5 So, a 4 Star just sounds like too much. I mean, upper tier sandwich fast food chain or not, it's still a sandwich based fast food chain. So 4/5 stars would require something like way above and beyond... yet i feel a 2 star would require something rather bad happening. And as it stands, nobody here does anything bad, and nobody does anything incredible. So, a solid 3. So where does the .5 come in? Well, my limited experience here as I travel to Ft Leavenworth once per quarter (and this place is near the hotel), has treated me well. The same which itself, like the turkey especially, is just, good! The place is clean and not too busy. Decorated like a normal Jimmy John's. The service is just right. Not too much, not bad, not too little etc. It's as it should be: Go inAsk for a sandwich Get a sandwich Leave and eat a good sandwich

ordered a simple sandwich and they forgot 2 items for my sandwich but still charged me. went back in to get it fixed, was rude at where we parked and snatched the sandwich from me.

6/6/23Placed an online order. I used the drive thru for pickup. Good customer service. I received half of my sandwich. The issue was quickly fixed. They gave a free cookie. The sandwich was fresh and tasty. I ordered the #11 country club. Prefer subs from here over Subway and MrGoodcents.

Fourth time ordering from this location and so far they have only gotten one thing wrong, a simple instruction to cut the sandwich in half. Not a big deal at all and certainly something we could simply do on our own. Orders have always been correct with quick delivery.
