This location the food doesn't taste as good. They never have sweetener for tea. You have to ask for napkins and silverware. I ordered red beans and rice and when I opened it the cup was half full. The biscuits taste horrible.

On numerous occasions, I've encountered shortages of essential items or received incorrect orders, detracting significantly from the overall experience.Moreover, the oversight of basic necessities such as utensils reflects a lack of thoroughness in the service provided. It is disappointing to have to address such oversights repeatedly. Additionally, encountering stale and tough biscuits is far from acceptable, indicating a lack of quality control in the preparation process.While I appreciate the effort that goes into running a food establishment, consistent lapses in these fundamental aspects undermine the credibility and reliability of the establishment. It is my hope that management takes proactive measures to address these recurring issues, as they ultimately detract from the potential enjoyment of the dining experience for all patrons.

Great service, but I can get a little pricey if you are trying to feed a lot of people. The food was amazing, and the sauce chooses are top-notch. Good flavor on all the food and very filling.Parking: The parking lot is right outside of the building. There is parking on all four sides of the building for a total of around 25 spots. There is also free parking a lot right across the street with several more parking options which is also free.

I ordered a dozen Ghost pepper wings and the flavor was good but the wings weren't even warm. It was like eating cold chicken. If I hadn't ordered them to go and was down the road, I would have took them back. I'll be checking if I go here again.

There have been so many bad reviews of this place over the last few months that I felt the need to compliment them for the great service we have received. I can say that over the past two years we have eaten here a total of five times and although the drive through can be slow at times due to understaffing; we have always received fresh food, friendly service, and there has never been an order which was wrong. They have also never forgotten anything. Once they were out of fries and once they were out of sweet tea but those things happen at restaurants especially when you are working with so few employees. I feel they are doing the absolute best they can and a little understanding and patience for things outside of their control goes a long way.

Hubs has never had Popeyes, so he waited to try it out. The food was delicious, as expected. Employees seemed a bit miffed, I'm pretty sure not everyone showed up for this shift that morning, but they didn't take it out on us, just noticed chairs in the dining room hadn't been brought down from mopping.

Sucked!!! An hour and a half before close. Lobby was closed, drive through only. No spicy chicken. The only side they had was coleslaw. Gotta 5 piece share with the friend. Got home with it and there was the sorriest breast you've ever seen. A tiny drumstick. And three sorry wings. And it was Obviously at least an hour old.
