Curly fries were cooked fresh and crispy for me as well as the light seasoning to give them a bit extra flavour. The Greek gyros are also great.Edit: Be aware they tend to close early so even though the hours say until 10:30, don't count on it if it's past 10:00.

Always good regular roast beef sandwich. Wish I would have made it home with the mozzarella sticks I ordered. I called them and the manager gave me his name and said next time I'm in Lawrence, I can come in and he will take care of the mistake. Nice employee's.

Ordered a #11. It was fine. Also ordered a Reuben. It was terrible! Something was wrong with the sourkraut. It tasted "old" and the meat wasn't soft. I admit, it was around 10pm so they were close to closing for the night but that's no excuse for substandard food. These sandwiches are expensive enough. To get what I had tonight was very disappointing.

Awful! Drive thru is always backed up and the lobby remains closed even though Covid has been done for over a year now. These lazy employees do this on purpose to just talk to one another instead of serving customers. Fire everyone!

This is the absolute WORST Arby’s ever. Waited in line with 7 other cars for 20 minutes at 1pm on a Sunday. I finally gave up and left the line only to look in the window and see two employees just talking and not taking any orders! Of course, they refuse to open the lobby so they can get away with ignoring everyone in drive thru! Fire all of these lazy employees! This restaurant needs to be shutdown. I visited on July 14th, 2023 at 1:10pm. Whoever was working at this time needs to be FIRED
