Sadly, all the reviews of one stars are still accurate today. Patronized this location this morning and last night. Today is 3-13-24. This location needs a thorough inspection. I will say my food was fresh and hot, but it really needs an inspection. Do what you will with this information. One thing is certain, this location needs an inspection. I can't stress that no more than I have.

We TRIED to eat there....nobody answered at the drive-thru. Parked and went inside....nobody was back behind the counter anywhere, but there was a drive-thru employee not doing anything & ignoring us.Went into the restroom....and found a BK employee sitting on the friggin' restroom FLOOR, looking at his cellphone.... Not only is that weird, that's just unconsciously disgusting.This place needs to be shut down.

I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without anyone asking if they could help me or take my order! They weren't even busy, otherwise I'd be a little more understanding, but they only had about 5 people inside already seated and eating, and only 2 cars in the drive thru. The establishment was nasty as well! I definitely won't return to this Burger King!

I know coffee from a fast food joint isn't supposed to be good but oh my god, their coffee is rancid.
We stopped by 9/24/23 at 10:30 pm. Thought they were closed since employees were outside. All headsets were dead and so they were out to give customers a heads up to go to the first window to order and that they didn’t have enough cash for change so I just needed to use a card. We said we could go somewhere else and they were so nice and insisted we order and made my chicken sandwich fresh. They were all so nice and deserve to be praised.

Worst food, worst customer service, filthiest bathrooms over seen in quite some time. Employees are combative and just, really, very trashy! This experience was sooooooo bad that I swore off BK for EVER! I've noticed their employee/ customer service levels dropping over the last few years at many locations, but this time turned me away for ever.

I was at the bk on 3rd at 530pm 8/19/23.. I didn't get the managers name unfortunately, but one of the nicest, most polite ones I've met. Very clean too.
