Another frustrating trip to Burrito King-1) speaker doesn't work- window girl says its "too complicated" to fix 2) I was charged for a tip, even though I did not leave one- check your receipts!! 3) I asked if customer's concerns/complaints were actually communicated to owner, she smiled and said, "not really" 4) Had to ask twice for my drink 5) Lid on salsa was not closed, and spilled all over in the bag, and on my computer- Weekends and evenings are particularly bad- very young kids working there, who are not "with the program!" To Mr. Owner- perhaps you're banking on people coming to Burrito King despite the many concerns (that several people) have shared - not a great way to do business-

Cheese flavored water was what I got on a really sparse amount of chips today, and you call it a deluxe nachos?! Gross! Come on guys! It’s shameful that the effort was even made to put something so bad in a bag and say it’s food. This is usually one of the staple restaurants in town so today’s lunch really made me think I should find a new place. Seriously disappointed

Recently went to redeem my punch card, buy 7 burritos get on free, and despite having bought 7 burritos, I was told I couldn’t get my free burritos because they discontinued the punchcards. So I bought some tacos instead, and they gave me HORRIBLE food poisoning. I was vomiting all night long :( Very disappointing experience after being a regular customer for so long. Will not be returning.

We came here twice this week for lunch. Our company gives us a company card to buy food so we all have a budget. We asked for separate orders both times and the girl keeps saying we're not doing separate orders right now.. ummm what does that mean? Why the heck can't you? no more for us
